Managed to get our double room for €49 and with free parking and no charge for our dog we decided to book our one nights stay. Easy to walk into the town, nice little car park at the rear and had a comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. Decoration is a little dated; but at €49 you can't complain as the room was big and breakfast was fine with lovely fresh rolls.

Het ontbijt was er zeer lekker en heel uitgebreid . Het avondeten was ook met uitgebreide kaart en lekker . De mevrouw die ons opdiende bij dinner en ontbijt vonden wij nogal koel .

Das Frühstück Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Besitzer leider überhaupt nicht, sind im Gegenteil sehr arrogant und nicht hilfsbereit und schauen sehr schlecht gelaunt.Wir wurden drei mal darauf hingewiesen das wir die Rechnung noch bezahlen müssen. Wir dachten das Zimmer war durch die Kreditkarte bereits bezahlt. Danach auch keine freundlichkeit, im Gegenteil man wurde von den Besitzern komplett ignoriert, was sehr befremdend war!! Für drei Sterne müssten die Zimmer mal wieder renoviert werden., flecke an den Wänden und der Decke. Der Bezug von der Bettwäsche zum teil mit flecken,unter dem Kissenbezug gelbe flecken auf dem Kissen.Die Matratze haben wir lieber nicht uns angeschaut. Aber für 49 Euro im Doppelzimmer darf man vieleicht nicht zu viel erwarten,oder???aber wo für dann 3 Sterne.

Personeel was aardig, restaurant wat ook door eigenaar wordt gerund is ook goed. Motoren stonden op een parkeerplaats van Sauerlander Hof. Je zit eigenlijk direct in het dorp van Willingen, klein stukje lopen. Het drooghok voor 'natte' motor spullen was wel aanwezig, maar was in een prive vertrek van het hotel?

Het hotel ligt midden in de stad Willingen. We hadden een mooie, grote gezellige kamer met veel hout uitgerust en rustig gelegen aan de achterkant van het hotel. Aan alles was gedacht: badmantel (gratis bij receptie te verkrijgen), badslippers, naaigarnituur, douchemuts, vijl, zeepjes. Wanneer je persoonlijke spullen vergeten was mee te nemen zoals B.V. tandenborstel etc. dan kon je dit kopen bij de receptie. Het hotel had een restaurant waar je goed kon eten. Ook had het hotel een sauna, dampfbad en whirlpool waar je gratis van gebruik kon maken. Kleine minpuntjes waren: het ontbijt was wat eenvoudig (broodjes en vleeswaren), de gekookte eitjes waren niet meer warm; overigens wel genoeg keuze aan brood: 3 soorten brood en broodjes.

de sauna met bubbel en stoombad gratis was een welkome verrassing na een dagje skieen. er zit een raam in kamer 11 zonder afscherming van daglicht en op het balkon van de buren.

Een leuk hotel gelegen vlak achter de hoofdstraat waardoor het centrum goed is te belopen. Ons appartement was goed en schoon. Voor de auto's is er een parkeerplaats achter het hotel. De eigenaar gaf ons te kennen dat er in reacties vaak wordt aangegeven dat het personeel negatief is. Dat was ons in eerste instantie ook opgevallen. Ze komen nors over, maar je moet hier doorheen prikken en gewoon een praatje met ze maken. Daarnaast is het meubilair gedateerd, maar dat heb ik ook bij andere hotels gezien in deze streek. Vooral in de zomer komen hier motorrijders, ook de eigenaren zijn vervent motorrijders. Dit kan natuurlijk enige overlast veroorzaken. Hier hadden we in de winterperiode geen hinder van.

Mooie rustige en gezellige kamer aan achterkant van het hotel gelegen. Kamer in rustieke stijl: met veel hout uitgerust. Het hotel had een sauna, dampfbad en whirlpool waarvan je gratis gebruik kon maken. Ontbijtbuffet was goed. Tevens de mogelijkheid om in het restaurant te dineren. Vriendelijk personeel. Neen.
