The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good. The bed was terrible. It felt like the whole bed were falling apart every time you moved in it. The breakfast was rather poor. We stayed at the hotel for five nights, and neither the towels or the bedlinens were changed during the stay. |

The hotel is located in a quiet area near Kudamm which is an expensive area with shops and restaurants. The rooms are huge. The price in general was fine The hotel is old. The breakfast doesnt include sweets like croissants or something like that, just salty food. |

The people there were fantastic. The check-in staff was very nice and exciting; we even had an awesome conversation with the man who runs it. They treat their people very well. It's also got all kinds of history in it! |

This is a very friendly hotel, the room was small but clean and quiet. The breakfast was nice and the hotel bar was great. Also liked the free internet and newspapers. The beds were absolutely awful. |

vicinity of the U-bahn station, interesting lift. The hotel is not that close to the city centre as it was stated, you have to take U-bahn if you have to go somewhere. Matrasses and pillows were very bad (too soft), and we could hear TV and conversation from the other room. Also, the WiFi didn't work in rooms, so we had to use in the hall on another floor, or in the lobby. |

We had a comfortable stay there. The bathroom is unbelievably big and the breakfast is quite good. |

The location is great. Cleanliness of the room is very poor. We stayed 4 nights, neither towels nor the bedclothes (sheet etc) were changed. The floor was dirty, no vacuum cleaner was used. Free hot water on the buffet for the breakfast can be supplied. |

Vorallem die Lage des Hotels. Sehr gut erreichbar vom Flughafen aber auch für die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Berlin zu erkunden ist dieses Hotel bestens geeignet. Nein. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns wohl:-) |

Freundlicher Empfang und Service, hier ist noch jeder Gast König, ausreichendes und gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gut gelegenes Hotel, sehr gute Anbindungen zum öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz. |

Barátságos, udvarias személyzet volt. Naponta takarítottak. Gyermekeinknek külön szobát és fürdőszobát biztosítottak a mi szobánkkal egy előtérben. Egyoldalú volt a reggeli választéka. Parkolóhely nincs a szálláshoz. |

Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren freundlich und nett. Auch, das wir noch einen Parkplatzgutschein bekommen haben war sehr zuvorkommend. Im Bad lief laufend die Spülung ganz leicht,obwohl niemand im Bad war. Beim Frühstück hatten wir uns vielleicht noch Obst gewünscht, welches völlig fehlte. |

27 jaar geleden waren we voor het eerst in dit Hotel en deze zomer was de 6de keer. Positief was vooral een bepaalde receptioniste die vriendelijkheid en service hoog in het vaandel had staan. De ligging is uitstekend. Gehorigheid van onze kamer. Ontbijt kan beter. |

Det ligger ret centalt og var billigt. Receptionisten som arbejdede der om eftermiddagen/aftenen var utrolig hjælpsom og venlig, og vi lavede også lidt sjov med hende. |

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt, nähe des Kurfürstendamms. Der günstige Preis für die Übernachtung. Die Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können. |

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und in einem ordentlichen sauberen Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und vor allem im Bereich "Rezeption" sehr hilfsbereit. Praktisch ist auch die U-Bahn-Station direkt vor der Tür. |
