It was comfortable and clean in a good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a good buffet breakfast. The reservations department has not been good about returning emails. they did not confirm they received our payment and now there is a problem with the payment and they do not answer our emails. For this reason I cannot recommend the hotel although their other services are excellent. |

Central location, small and quiet, clean and comfortable, pleasant staff and excellent breakfast Hamburg was a bit of a culture shock in that sex shops and prostitutes are very much in evidence in the streets and the location of the hotel is no exception. |

Centrally located. Breakfast ok. Centrally located = noisy, bad part of town (near Hauptbahnhof, drunks, sex shops etc.). No ac, which is a problem if you want to avoid noise at night. Owner prefers thet guests do not read in bed, so "reading lights" are small and lampshades are dark. Elevator small and exteremely slow. |

Location is good, near to railway station. S and U bahns are in a walking distance and good connections to airport. Brakefast is good. Rooms are too small. Close to the hotel are sex shops etc, but if you walk 200m you are in the heart of Hamburg. If you don´t care about sex shops etc this is a good hotel. |

The help and support of the hotel staff was super. The breakfast was fantastic. Centrally located. The location is not so nice as it is close to a red zone and difficult for a woman on her own to walk alone after dark |

Room was extremely clean, staff very friendly and nice breakfast. The Hotel was located in a bad quarter (behind central station, full of sex-shops and prositutes). We didn't have any problem though. |

Staff was nice and breakfast was fine. It's not in the best area if you are traveling alone. It's close to central station but the wrong side of it. The room was pretty small and very noisy outside. You have to pay for the safety deposit box. |

Everything were as expected.!!! A bad experience. At check out the next morning the lady there told me that I need to pay 10euros for the parking,which I have already paid the afternoon before to an other member of staff. She told me that it is not in the system so I did not pay or the other person pocket the money and he will lose his job for this!!! I could not believed to my ears!! |

Very close to the central railway station. Nice location with some specialities. Very warm rooms, no ventilation except windows. No airconditioning (avoid it in hot weather times of the year) A depository safe in a room is extra €5 per day |
