Very good value, esp. with generous breakfast included. The room was very clean with a most comfortable bed. The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Staff speaks reasonably good or good English. It is a great location in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants, shopping, and u-bahn stations. It is one of a few hotels that has triple and quad rooms, and in our case the third bed was actually in a small separate room. The hotel has free wireless internet near the reception.It would be nice to have free wireless internet in the rooms, and have the instructions for how to access the internet (i. e. the password) included in the info book that are in the rooms. I would absolutely stay there again.

I was overall diapointed with the overall serivce of the staff in this hotel.

They took the full amount money from my credit card two whole days before i even arrived at the hotel.

A big room for family, comfortable beds, a good location and an excellent breakfast. With the money value of stay, I would say this hotel is excellent and highly recommended!!!! Of course, some negative points such as to pay in cash and an elevetor seems long time not working. As far as you are prepared for those two points, this is your hotel and we would absolutely stay again if an opportunity.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffe, newly renovated and very clean bathroom with hairdryer, good beds, a lot of space in the room. There was also a table in the room so we could have our own "afternoon- buffet" with snacks and drinks from Liedl across the street. And great location!!!

In the description of our four bed room it said it would have an outside- room ("uterum" I den svenska beskrivningen) but this was not the case. The design of the room (curtains and carpet) although we found this kitchy style increasingly charming...
