Καλή τιμή για σχετικά κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο, πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, καθαριότητα. Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να χρεώνει αρκετά ακριβά την ασύρματη σύνδεση WF για το διαδίκτυο. Χρειάζεται επίσης ανακαίνιση. |

Good location, nice room when I finally got the room I thought I'd booked. Good breakfast. Nice bar I was originally put in a twin bedded smoking room which was quite dingy. The hotel staff said it wasn't a smoking room but the smell and the ashtray gave it away! When I was insistent that this was not what I booked I did get put in a nice upper floor room with Queen sized bed(clearly labelled Non Smoking as requested). In addition the hotel staff at first said breakfast wasn't included but again when I challenged them and showed them my confirmation they relented.I think it is important to state clearly your requiremnets and be insistent otherwise you will be fobbed off with an inferior product!! |

The best thing about the hotel was its location and and an excellent breakfast and well appointed breakfast room I was charged for the third morning's breakfast in the breakfast room. I was running a bit late for the airport so I did not question it. But, I understood that I paid for three nights, which I did, breakfast inclusive. |

Beautiful older but remodeled hotel. Very nicely appointed. Staff was very efficient. Breakfast offering was plentiful and delicious. Nice location - walkable from Zoo Statiton and to Savingyplatz restaurant district. Lack of air conditioning - that was a surprise. One of the two lifts was not working. |

Very friendly and helpful staff who all spoke excellent English, Use of free Broadband in lobby very useful. Very hot in bedrooms - fan or air con would have helped. Rooms at back might have been quieter and cooler ? Because of weak pound sterling food prices in hotel were steep. |

Good location, value for money. Room was a bit warm, no airconditioning. Could have a fan in roof or thiker blinds in window. Cofee at the room to expensive. |

Fairly quiet on side street. Older building; more quaint than the new high rise square hotels in the area. 3 sets of thick curtains in the room; very dark at night, unusual single room layout which I liked, good location for designer shopping (check out the hand made chocolate shops) and the Zoo and Tiergarten. I was on my own and felt perfectly safe. The area is very expensive, there are no cafes anywhere, only expensive restaurants, okay if that is why you are going there. I was on a business trip alone, wasn't suitable, I would only recommend this hotel if you are on the older side and are going for a holiday with a lot of money, in which case I would think you'll like it. |

Location was excellent, although a bit far from our places of interest (museums on the Museum Island, which lies in fomer East Berlin). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent though somewhat pricey. |

Gute Lage. Sehr gut auch vom S Bahnhof Zoo erreichbar. Das sehr gute Frühstück wird in excellenten Räumlichkeiten angeboten. Bad hat den "Charme" der 70 er Jahre und müßte erneuert werden. |

Schönes, nur gering angestaubtes Traditionshotel mit großer Eleganz im Empfang und im Restaurant. Beste Lage, Kinos, Restaurants, Bars - alles ganz prima. City-West fußläufig und es brummt gewaltig. Klimaanlage vermißt man nur im Sommer... Trotz (veralteter) Doppelfenster hörbarer Verkehrslärm. |
