First, it was cold and they don't turn the heat on until a certain time of year. That was not good for American's. Second, I liked the easy walk to the Messe. That was good. When it is cold, you can't get heat. |

Very nice staff and a good location next to the train station. Bed was comfortable. Good air-con. Good bathrooms Carpets were filthy and the hotel smelled like smoke. |

Welcoming reception even though I arrived late in the evening. The curtains were too narrow to close properly so I could not shut out all the street lighting. |

good breakfast; opposite to the main train station no slippers and needed to ask for a bathrobe; the bed was quite small and uncomfortable, very high pillows; problems with showering as a very low ceiling in the bathroom (I am not too tall but I had real problems); the pool was closed and a very poor gym; overpriced internet |

Comfortable bed. Location was good. Pool. It is supposed to be a 4star- I'm afraid the standard in Germany of 4stars do not match worldwide. There was one towel - that is very frustrating. The gym was not very good. There was no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was extra and very expensive. |
