Absence de restaurant le soir Room-service propose 2 pizza surgelées !! Internet payant pour le prix de 305 € la nuit sans petit dej. il y avait en plus des traveaux de peinture dans les couloirs! |

"Mini bar compris"... Le contenu du mini bar est assez décevant; le lit double est deux lits séparés, pas très romantique...; La piscine était fermée durant mon séjour (juillet 2009) et les heures de sauna/hamam très restreintes |

Hotel bien entretenu / personnel souriante, accueillant et sympathique / peu de monde à la piscinie Les produits proposés au petits déjeuner n'étaient pas tous frais. La piscine est très petite. Le prix est excessif pour l'endroit. L'hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, peut-être 2 ou 3. La chambre est très lumineuse la nuit, lorsque les volets sont baissés. Malgré qu'on ait eu une chambre au 3° étage, on entendait les trains et les trams passer deux rues plus loin => sommeil léger : s'abstenir ! Le lit était très mou. Et nous avion tous deux mal au dos au réveil. |

Rien sincèrement rien. Le bruit de la rue...une nuit blanche...pas d insonorisation......le rideau bloque hôtel a déconseillé...il mérite a peine 2 étoiles |

Le personnel, très aimable, les chambres tout à fait convenables, le buffet du matin qui offre un vaste choix et de la nourriture de qualité et, enfin, le complexe piscine + sauna au dernier étage, avec vue sur la ville. |

Arrived with some money problems as funds were in transfer progress, staff were more than helpful and took my passport as guarantee of payment. Fantastic place to stay, beautiful pool and sun-room along with excellent value for money. Great stay and have already recommended to others :) I was just slightly disappointed there was not any free English movie TV channels, although it did prompt me to learn more German !! :) |

Free cakes in the afternoon Hotel held 50eur extra from my credit card without any notice and that money has been held for over a week now! Staff wasn't very welcoming, except one Reception girl Julia. |

It was extremely attractive coming in, nice desk- and coffee shop lounges, excellent breakfast with incredibly enthusiastic, nice and helpful staff. Again, the t.v. and radio lack a choice of english language stations. If it pretends to be an international hotel, which it does, it needs to provide this service to english language guests. |

Not bad location as it is close to many restaurants, bars & main staition. Nothing is good otherwise !! as I booked a double room but my room wasa single bed !! So expensive room rates compaired to nearby hotels , they informed me the price been increased due to one very big in town book exhibition. |

Room was large, availability of the pool was excellent and the hotel was quiet despite being in the very centre of the city. No bar or restaurant facilities in the evening apart from a small bar at reception. No room service. Certainly not 4* standard on a Sunday night. |

Friendly staff, small details like cake pieces, freh water and free lotto tickets at the reception. Room was ok but a bit small. Needs a bit of renovating. Furniture looks a bit old/cheap. Shower separation did not close properly so we had the bathroom flooded after having a shower!!! |

It was a comfortable stay with efficient and kind staff and an excellent breakfast. I though it a good idea to offer a simple breakfast in addition to the full breakfast. |

Excellent hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The facilities were brilliant. The staff were very friendly. The location is great (right next to the station). And free minibar! Couldn't have been happier! The one and only complaint is that breakfast is 16 EUR, but you can easily just you know.... not go and you don't have to pay for it... :P |

The Hotel is nice, however not 4star!...Reception staff did not have the correct knowledge of the area and cost us time & money, by sending us to places that were closed. manager was never available. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Hotel restaurant advertised was closed, and only opened for breakfast at 15 Euros per head!!! Very hot no air conditioning, very noisy as directly opposite, main train station, trams, taxis, buses..... would not recommend as a family hotel, or if you want a good nights sleep!! Would have left and gone to another hotel, but the rooms were booked and paid for in advance, on a non-refundable basis. Dont book these rooms, you can end up very disappointed, and unable to do anything about it. |
