Welcoming reception even though I arrived late in the evening. The curtains were too narrow to close properly so I could not shut out all the street lighting. |

good breakfast; opposite to the main train station no slippers and needed to ask for a bathrobe; the bed was quite small and uncomfortable, very high pillows; problems with showering as a very low ceiling in the bathroom (I am not too tall but I had real problems); the pool was closed and a very poor gym; overpriced internet |

Comfortable bed. Location was good. Pool. It is supposed to be a 4star- I'm afraid the standard in Germany of 4stars do not match worldwide. There was one towel - that is very frustrating. The gym was not very good. There was no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was extra and very expensive. |

Good location near train station, clean, modern design and helpful staff. Fine hotel for short stay. The drain in the floor of bathroom smelt a little. Shower screen badly adjusted and water soaked the floor. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and the facilities were good we asked for a double room but we got two twins placed side by side. Trust me it is not the same. |

It is conveniently located to the train station and within walking distances of most attractions in the city. The room size is incredibly small. However, I have found this to be true of most hotels in Germany. |
