Savoy Hotel

フランクフルト中央駅から徒歩３分程度と至近。スタッフはみなフレンドリー。

部屋が狭い。４星なのにバスタブがない。部屋に湯沸かしポットがない。インターネットが無線のみで30分€- 5、120分15€(?)の二通りの選択しかなく、とても割高。

駅にも近く、立地は非常にいいが、部屋が狭すぎる。またエアコン付きにしただけで、１５ユーロの追加は高す- ぎる。またインターネットについても追加料金が必要。従って、予約金額の上に現地での追加費用が多く発生し- 、結局割高になる。この料金設定であれば別途予約した他ホテル＠フランクフルト駅前のホテルの方を推薦する- 。

４つ星のわりには部屋は狭いし、設備も不十分。追加料金の設定が多く、結局割高になる。

朝食ビュッフェ内容は普通だったが、朝食時のスタッフのサービスが素晴らしく、その部分が一番印象に残った- 。

メッセでのフェア期間中だった為仕方ないかもしれませんが、この料金でこの部屋はいかがなものか？朝食時を- はじめフロントの対応なども悪くはなかったが、この施設で４星というのは疑問を感じる。所謂日本のビジネス- ホテルのシングルルームのようだった。

中央駅に近く、Locationとして問題はない。また、部屋はきれいで、シングルとしては十分なスペース- であった。朝食はとらなかった。一般的にホテルの朝食は高くて、かつ内容が期待に満たない場合が多いので、- 大型ホテルチェーン以外のホテルを利用するときは、外のカフェで食べるようにしています。

部屋でどのようにしてインターネットが使えるのか、定かではなかった。私の止まった部屋はバスタブがなかっ- たが、欧州では一般的であろう。ビジネス利用であったため、インターネットを除けば特に不満はない。

It is noisy, mainly from outside, like tram and cars.

Room service staff forced us to get out of the room at 11:30 because the staff wanted to leave hotel earlier than usual on 24 Dec 2008

ドイツの基準と比べれば部屋は狭くベッドも小さいでしょうが日本のビジネスホテルと比較すれば全然苦になら- ない水準です。

プールの更衣室が無いのでと戸惑った。部屋で水着に着替えてTシャツ短パン羽織っていくしかない。プールの- 長さは１０m程でしかないので本格swimmerにはちょいと物足りない。

皆さん書いてありますが、朝ごはんがすばらしい。気合を入れて食べてしまいました。あと、枕が気持ちよかっ- た。売ってたら買って帰りたかった。

Possibly not a 4* hotel but deserves the rating compared to most other so-called 3* hotels in Frankfurt. A perfectly acceptable hotel for the money. Clean newish rooms. Staff were very professional. There was a little bit of noise from other guests and particularly from the plumbing but it wasn't too bad. The whole room shakes though when someone slams a door. They really had non-smoking floors (although that didn't seem to stop some other guest smoking.) The heating was good, however it was too good and impossible to switch off without a bit of extraordinary adjustment. Good location to the hauptbahnhof and away from the main red light area.

The bathrooms are very small. Not only in floorspace but if you're taller than 1.8m then you won't be able to shower without ducking your head. Also the baths themselves are only big enough for a child. This is the only thing that stopped me booking the hotel for weeks to come but I would stay here again with no real problem. I didn't test the wifi but it's not cheap.

Arrived with some money problems as funds were in transfer progress, staff were more than helpful and took my passport as guarantee of payment. Fantastic place to stay, beautiful pool and sun-room along with excellent value for money. Great stay and have already recommended to others :)

I was just slightly disappointed there was not any free English movie TV channels, although it did prompt me to learn more German !! :)

Comfortable room with a good central location. Helpfull staff.

From 30 channels on the TV, only 1 was in english.

Not bad location as it is close to many restaurants, bars & main staition. Nothing is good otherwise !! as I booked a double room but my room wasa single bed !!

So expensive room rates compaired to nearby hotels , they informed me the price been increased due to one very big in town book exhibition.

Room was large, availability of the pool was excellent and the hotel was quiet despite being in the very centre of the city.

No bar or restaurant facilities in the evening apart from a small bar at reception. No room service. Certainly not 4* standard on a Sunday night.

Friendly staff, small details like cake pieces, freh water and free lotto tickets at the reception. Room was ok but a bit small.

Needs a bit of renovating. Furniture looks a bit old/cheap. Shower separation did not close properly so we had the bathroom flooded after having a shower!!!
