As Bone Marrow Couriers we use your hotel regularly. The situation near the Railway station is excellent.The staff were very helpfull freezing our ice bricks This time we were a better rate than that offered by the hotel website |

Possibly not a 4* hotel but deserves the rating compared to most other so-called 3* hotels in Frankfurt. A perfectly acceptable hotel for the money. Clean newish rooms. Staff were very professional. There was a little bit of noise from other guests and particularly from the plumbing but it wasn't too bad. The whole room shakes though when someone slams a door. They really had non-smoking floors (although that didn't seem to stop some other guest smoking.) The heating was good, however it was too good and impossible to switch off without a bit of extraordinary adjustment. Good location to the hauptbahnhof and away from the main red light area. The bathrooms are very small. Not only in floorspace but if you're taller than 1.8m then you won't be able to shower without ducking your head. Also the baths themselves are only big enough for a child. This is the only thing that stopped me booking the hotel for weeks to come but I would stay here again with no real problem. I didn't test the wifi but it's not cheap. |

Arrived with some money problems as funds were in transfer progress, staff were more than helpful and took my passport as guarantee of payment. Fantastic place to stay, beautiful pool and sun-room along with excellent value for money. Great stay and have already recommended to others :) I was just slightly disappointed there was not any free English movie TV channels, although it did prompt me to learn more German !! :) |

Free cakes in the afternoon Hotel held 50eur extra from my credit card without any notice and that money has been held for over a week now! Staff wasn't very welcoming, except one Reception girl Julia. |

Comfortable room with a good central location. Helpfull staff. From 30 channels on the TV, only 1 was in english. |

It was extremely attractive coming in, nice desk- and coffee shop lounges, excellent breakfast with incredibly enthusiastic, nice and helpful staff. Again, the t.v. and radio lack a choice of english language stations. If it pretends to be an international hotel, which it does, it needs to provide this service to english language guests. |

Not bad location as it is close to many restaurants, bars & main staition. Nothing is good otherwise !! as I booked a double room but my room wasa single bed !! So expensive room rates compaired to nearby hotels , they informed me the price been increased due to one very big in town book exhibition. |

Room was large, availability of the pool was excellent and the hotel was quiet despite being in the very centre of the city. No bar or restaurant facilities in the evening apart from a small bar at reception. No room service. Certainly not 4* standard on a Sunday night. |

Friendly staff, small details like cake pieces, freh water and free lotto tickets at the reception. Room was ok but a bit small. Needs a bit of renovating. Furniture looks a bit old/cheap. Shower separation did not close properly so we had the bathroom flooded after having a shower!!! |

It was a comfortable stay with efficient and kind staff and an excellent breakfast. I though it a good idea to offer a simple breakfast in addition to the full breakfast. |

Excellent hotel. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The facilities were brilliant. The staff were very friendly. The location is great (right next to the station). And free minibar! Couldn't have been happier! The one and only complaint is that breakfast is 16 EUR, but you can easily just you know.... not go and you don't have to pay for it... :P |

The Hotel is nice, however not 4star!...Reception staff did not have the correct knowledge of the area and cost us time & money, by sending us to places that were closed. manager was never available. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Hotel restaurant advertised was closed, and only opened for breakfast at 15 Euros per head!!! Very hot no air conditioning, very noisy as directly opposite, main train station, trams, taxis, buses..... would not recommend as a family hotel, or if you want a good nights sleep!! Would have left and gone to another hotel, but the rooms were booked and paid for in advance, on a non-refundable basis. Dont book these rooms, you can end up very disappointed, and unable to do anything about it. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was neat and clean. Hotel in general was excellent. Business center computer was nearly useless - they had to let me use a computer they had at the front desk to print since the printer would not work in the business center. However the excellent staff did compensate for an unfortunate situation. |

Savoy is central, near the main train station. Bus from Frankfurt Haan airport arrives and leaves from outside that train station. Small swimming pool on top floor. Hotel basic but nice. The swimming pool was closed during our stay. We don't really know why..something about water quality..no real apology or compensation. We booked that hotel because of the pool. |

Location is very near Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, 2 minutes walk. Airconditioned is working well. Room is not too small. I will stay again in this hotel when I travel to Frankfurt. Without coffee/ hot water boiler. |
