Quite near the river and within walking distance of the city centre. I didn't know that I would have to pay extra for a smoking room until after I arrived. |

The free snacks and drinks in the lobby each afternoon, the sauna and steam room on the top floor, the helpfulness of reception staff , the best massage I've ever had and the location close to the main railway station I booked a single room but found the room and bed to be very small and extremely expensive (102 euro) |

location is good and very close to the train station. bath room is nice. room is extremely small. No curtains in the room and no one can help. |

Close to the train station and local amenities. Within walking distance of everything i went to frankfurt to see. Staff were very rude when i was checking out and i am very upset about the way they handeld my bill |

Trainstation area remains noisy until very late. The rooms however are not immune to this noise, not even on the 6th floor with your windows closed. |

friendly helpfulf staff. Clean room. Hotel offers litle "extras" that mkes the guesst feel appreciated. Some bath room equipment needed repairs |

I very much liked the swimming pool and sauna with view over Frankfurt That the "double bed" consisted of two single beds on weels. |

Was there during off season. Very quiet and right on the Mosel River. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. A phone in the room would have been nice. |

Location, staff. I got a good rate so good value for the price. In common with other Frankfurt hotels, it's not worth a four star rating. Curtains didn't close properly, a simple thing to fix if anyone noticed. |
