This hotel is in one of the best and most hip neighborhoods in Munich. Great location. It´s a five minute walk to the subway station. My room was tiny, but really ok. It was clean. It´s old fashioned and it needs renovation, but I don´t miss luxuries. Maybe this hotel is not fitted for people who value new stuff (not my case). |

It was vert central and the reception was open 24 hours which was good as we arrived late. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quite expensive as there was no breakfast included in the price and no luxuries (like tea and coffee). The toilet was also located across the corridor although the bathroom was in the room so. This wasn't a big problem and I think it's just the one room. |

the location - near the museums and univeristy, very nice area the parking was horrible - small yard you can not get out of and still have to pay 15 euros!!! I would have better put my car in a public parking. also toilet was outside my room. incredible. |

The only good thing about the hotel is its locations. The room was smelly, had a normal key lock, room was tiny, the bathroom could win in category of "the smallest bathroom in the world", the shower was dirty, the toilet had black staines from water or god knows what on its inside, the beds were from the 70s and one of them actually had integrated radio piece that could not be switched off, so it produced a constant noise. It was a nightmare! |

Friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast room has slipped. One day no cereals at all. Never any muesli. One morning only white brötchen for bread. Staff on some mornings starts knocking on guest doors at 0800. You hear knock,knock, "sorry"; knock,knock, "sorry" as he goes from room to room. This should never happen. |

I liked the location, the price combined with the fact that everything one needs was there, especially plentiful lighting. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included, and I found the breakfast expensive. |

The room was large and bright, the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but was worth its money. We feel the hotel needs some maintenance (worn rugs in stairway, warm water circulation system). |

Nothing at all.It is the worst hotel i've ever visited.The only advantage that it is 15 minutes walking to city center. it is not a hotel.it's even less than a furnished department.The left is very small.It could not carry us togather although we are only 2 persones with 2 medium suitcases.the safe was closed and i couldn't use it.no shampoo or shower gel.I paid 320 euro for 2 nights.The reasone why i stayed on this hotel is because my reservation at another hotel has been cancelled due to the change of my flight. |

It was very convenient for visiting the major art museums and the main shopping district, etc. Also we had a nice large room in a separate building so our visit was very comfortable. The bathroom sink space was very small and toilet room, too. |
