The room was large and bright, the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but was worth its money. We feel the hotel needs some maintenance (worn rugs in stairway, warm water circulation system). |

Nothing at all.It is the worst hotel i've ever visited.The only advantage that it is 15 minutes walking to city center. it is not a hotel.it's even less than a furnished department.The left is very small.It could not carry us togather although we are only 2 persones with 2 medium suitcases.the safe was closed and i couldn't use it.no shampoo or shower gel.I paid 320 euro for 2 nights.The reasone why i stayed on this hotel is because my reservation at another hotel has been cancelled due to the change of my flight. |

It was very convenient for visiting the major art museums and the main shopping district, etc. Also we had a nice large room in a separate building so our visit was very comfortable. The bathroom sink space was very small and toilet room, too. |

The location is really good. The breakfast room is sunny. They had a problem with the computer system and we had to stay in a less good room than we had paid for. We were not offered a discount. Upon asking, the best they offered was free breakfast. Not sure if this made up for the difference in the room rate. |

The localization is fantastic, you can walk 5 min to different U-bahn stations. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. Despite paying breakfast, it was worth it! The room was too hot and there was no regulators to adequate the temperature in the room. It is possible to hear everything from close rooms. |

Staff was excellent. It's in the centre. very good location The room was very old about 30-40years old. The pictures of the website are not representative of the actual rooms. Later we get another room like on the picture. |

Our second room was spacious and spotless with an excellent bathroom. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They only had a single room for us when we arrived, even though we had prepaid for a double. Two of us had to fit into a single room for the first night with an additional camp bed, but the staff were extremely helpful and moved us into a very comfortable room for the second night. |

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was very small, I had ordered a double and they only stuck an extra cot into the single room. The decoration hasn't been changed since 1975 and the hotel is very noisy, I was woken numerous times during the night by normal conversations by other guests. The pictures on the website of the rooms are NOT representative of the actual rooms. |

The breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel is good. There was no toilet in our room, it was in the corridoor. |
