Room too small

The hotel was good the only thing that was a problem was that the air con doesn't work until the room reaches a certain temperature. The room was stuffy so we had the window open over night and was woken up very early by construction, road noises.... and could not sleep, this would have not been the case if we were able to use the air con.

Rooms were conformtable, tough very small, Staff was friendly and helpful.

Because of a convention in town, they raised their normal rates by 600% I discovered on leaving from 60 Euros per night to 360 Euros per night! Watch out! Took a long time (days) for them to get the cold water working in my bathroom. Turns out that my water was connected to another room's water which had been turned off by the maid. Then I left early and told them they could resell the room, even though I'd pay for it, but they still charged me for breakfasts I was never there to eat! They refused to refund the money, and, even though ti showed as a separate charge on the bill, they insisted it was because I booked the room with breakfast included.

Smallest room I've ever been: lack of space and surface to put things on was really felt, not wery well designed room. Too hot and not possible to regulate temperature, only one socket for charging devices away from bed. Not suitable for business travel

Smart hotel good location within easy walking distance of city centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were small but warm and clean.

Glass partition into toilet /bathroom doesn't offer much privacy.

Very little. Location is OK but you can find much better value/quality equally as close to the centre.

The room was like a hostel and certainly NOT a 4 star - 2 star max. Internet was extra and choppy. The two beds in the room had to be pushed to one side against a wall to stop them from moving apart in the night. Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Bathroom was really tiny and part of the room - fine when alone but not much privacy if you are a couple. Horrible shower curtain with mildew. The lobby carpet was stained and dirty looking. There were makeshift repairs in the corridors and in rooms which were shoddily done and made the hotel appear quite seedy. I would NOT recommend this hotel and indeed paid less for a 4 star near the train station which was far superior.

The employees specially from the Reception and the Housekeeping team. And they made my birthday an unforgottable..Thank y'all

Only the location is a possible plus

The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small, I was alone and had no space for my suitcase...furthermore I had to use my yoga skills in order to take a shower or go to the toilet!! The staff is not excactly what you would expect from an international chain: not friendly at all, it seems like they all drink a cup of pure lemon juice in the morning instead of a coffee!

The bed was not a kingsize but two small beds that would drift into two directions during the night.

The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in

The hotel is located very nicely. It took us about 10mins to get to the centre where all shops are. Also, it's just 2/3mins from all the museums and galleries. Basically the hotel is surrounded with very good restaurants/cafe and galeries. Definitely will book it again.

Very tiny room with not even a table big enough to work with you labtop. Bugs free hotel (several cockroaches visited my room). It's a pity those negatives points because the hotel has a potential to be a nice one.

Its a nice setup in a good location

Parking is very tight and you have to pay for each night of parking your call. Elevator is very small and very limited in weight capcity

Clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful.

The bathroom sink was poorly arrainged. Faucett should be closer to the sink. Had to turn water near full on to avoid getting water all over the floor.

very helpfull staff. exellent location within walking distance of Odeonplatz/Marienplatz but in a quiet area with some good cafès/restaurants. The breakfast was good.
