Excellent breakfast table, which also stayed open a bit longer than indicated 10 am. Enough parking space. Reception open the whole night as the arrival was very late. |

The hotel personnel was very friendly, a separate room was made available for people who wanted to play games bought at the Essen games fair (Spiel). Great pool for relaxing (sauna too). The breakfast will keep the German breakfast reputation high. Will go back again.... Should have told me the room I was was smoking. |

Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr gutes Frühstück sowie sehr aufmerksames Personal im Frühstücksbereich Langer Weg zwischen Empfang und zugeteiltem Zimmer. Auf dem Flur stand vor einem Zimmer von Abends ca. 20.00 Uhr bis am nächsten Morgen 8.00 Uhr eine Essenstablett mit Restspeisen. |

Das der grosse Parkplatz direkt am Hotel liegt und nur 5,-€ am Tag kostet. Desweiteren die Messe nur 5 Minuten entfernt liegt. Der Frühstücksraum, etwas wie in der Jugendherberge, grosser offener Raum Isokanne mit Kaffee auf den Tisch und damit war der Service auch schon zu ende. Einfach abfertigen so empfand ich es. |

Die Damen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren super freundlich und sind immer auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Es war keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer! |
