Albergo pulito, buona colazione, personale gentile e disponibile, ottima posizione rispetto al polo fieristico di Messe Essen. Disponibilità sala per giocatori e sala fumatori fino a tardi. |

La cortesia e la disponibilita' considerato che non parlo ne tedesco ne inglese. La pulizia delle camere,nel bagno c'era odore anche a distanza di ore. |

The staff has been really friendly and absolutely helpfull. The breakfast presented enormous choices of sweet and salty food - say, continental and british breakfast The bathroom was far from being a room - it was just too small, so it was uncomfortable to wash yourself. As I had a room with a bathtub instead of a shower, it was no fun at all to take a shower.Next time I will insist in havig a room with a shower - not a bathtub. |

staff were very friendly and very helpful. We needed directions to a particular area and they printed out exact diections. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was very poor and was not very appealing. We decided to have breakfast in the room the next morning at an extra cost of €2.60 which improved the breakfast and was on time. |

Excellent breakfast table, which also stayed open a bit longer than indicated 10 am. Enough parking space. Reception open the whole night as the arrival was very late. |

The hotel personnel was very friendly, a separate room was made available for people who wanted to play games bought at the Essen games fair (Spiel). Great pool for relaxing (sauna too). The breakfast will keep the German breakfast reputation high. Will go back again.... Should have told me the room I was was smoking. |

Schwimmbad, Service im Schwimmbad, Dampfbad, Die Qualität des Frühstückskaffee ist absolut ungenügend, der Kaffee ungenießbar.Das Serevicepersonal dürfte/müsste bei einem normal besetzten (war etwa 40- 50% besetzt) aufmerksamer sein.Warteten avergeblich auf den Kaffee, wurde erst nach dem nachfragen bei dem Personal serviert, war dann ungenießbar.Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. |

Het hotel was goed en schoon, hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk. Omdat wij een concert hadden in de Grugahalle lag het hotel zeer centraal. Mochten we nogmaals naar Essen gaan, dan weer dit hotel. |

Die Nähe zur Gruga-Halle war optimal und es wird ein 24 Std. Check-in angeboten. Das Hotel ist ein alter Betonklotz und sieht schon von außen nicht sehr einladend aus. Die langen Flure und Wege zu den Zimmern scheinen unendlich (einzelne Häuser wurden miteinander verbunden). Die 4 Sterne hat dieses Hotel wohl nur wegen dem Schwimmbad, die Zimmer verdienen keine 3 Sterne. Alte Teppichböden, alte Bäder mit jeder Menge Kalk usw. |

Bêste Ausgangsgangslage für Sightseeing im Süden von Essen, Ruhig trotz Autobahnnähe, wunderbares Frühstücksbûffet, auch der Hund wurde freundlich empfangen, es gab sogar ein Schild für die Zimmertür "Achting Haustier im Zimmer" Keine Handtücher im Schwimmbad (man hätte den Service anrufen können) |

Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage und bietet für eine Städtereise alle Möglichkeiten, sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag zu entspannen. Bar und Restaurant bieteten dank des hervorragenden Personals sehr gute Leistungen. |

Gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, auf Nachfrage wurde direkt nach Ankunft via Telefon eine perfekte Information bezüglich einer Park and Ride Position in Gelsenkirchen beantwortet. Sehr unübersichtliche Gebäudekonstruktion, Zimmer im Stil der 80'er, keine Nachfrage betreff der Betten....habe mit einer Arbeitskollegin im "französischen Bett" übernachten müssen, das wäre eher für Flitterwochen geeignet..... |
