Nice hotel, friendly personal, good location. The wall between the 'parents bedroom' and the childrens bedroom could really need some cleaning. Otherwise no complaints.

The family room is great for families with kids, it is a bit separated from the main room with a sliding door and has a bunk bed and lots of toys as well as video games.The pool was very warm which makes it great for younger kids. The typical hotel smell from carpets is somewhat overwhelming. The pool area plus shower was very dirty plus the floor is extremely slippery.

It's convenient and it's possible to reserve parking. Easy in and out of Lübeck. Nice pool. The staff is not very friendly. This is our second time at this hotel, and they could be more approachable and friendly.

Für ein ****Hotel war das Zimmer armselig (z.B. nichteinmal ein Schuhlöffel vorhanden, die Minibar leer, muffige Luft im Raum) und das Frühstück sehr bescheiden. Das Zimmer war insgesamt kaum auf ***Niveau. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig: Haare auf dem Rand der Wanne und in den Schienen der Duschwand, eingetrocknete Wasser- oder sonstige Tröpfchen auf dem Fliesenboden. In der kleinen Hotel-Halle waren Aufbauten für zwei Firmenpräsentationen mit zugehörigen Buffet-Tischen: Man mußte sich durchschlängeln, um zur Rezeption oder zum Lift zu kommen. Solche Veranstaltungen gehören doch nicht in die Lobby.

Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren sehr gut, seitens der Rezeption wurde auch versucht, mittels eines Tuches die Öffnung des Kinderzimmers zu schließen. Das Personal war sehr! freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr kompetent und hat versucht, die Probleme nach Möglichkeit zu lösen. Großes Lob!!! Das Kinderzimmer war nicht "abgeschlossen", Licht und Geräusche waren nicht fernzuhalten, Toilettenpapier/Kosmetiktücher/Duschgel wurden nicht täglich aufgefüllt bzw. waren bei Anreise leer, das Waschbecken war "100 Jahre" alt, verkratzt und die Kratzer tiefbraun, Dusche hatte kaumDruck, DVD und Kabel für Playstation fehlten, keine Rauchmöglichkeit trotz "Buchungsbestätigung" für Raucherzimmer

Bra läge med gratis parkering om man kommer tidigt, annars så får man betala för en garageplats. Gratis internet som funkade bra. Konstigt att Scandic inte kan ha samma regler som I Norden med frukost inräknat I priset för rummet. 15 euro för en ganska dålig frukost.

Rent och fint hotell. God mat I matsalen. Dyr frukost. 15 euro /pers är alldeles för dyrt! 12 euro för parkering I garaget är heller inte prisvärt. För få hotellparkeringer.

Die Lage und dasZimmer. Kein Zimmerservice obwohl sowohl auf der Homepage als in der Infobroschuere angegeben.Fast leere Rolle WC-papier im Zimmer. Im Resaturant Speisekarte aus der Bar. Lichtmarkierung beim Lift ausser Funktion. Es gäbe da einiges zu verbessern!. Die unten erwähnte Empfehlung wuerde ich mit Vorbehalt abgeben.

sehr freundliches Personal -Minibar ohne Öffner und Gläser - Wasserhahn im Bad verkalkt -schwarze lange Haare im Bad -Doppelbett war eine Zumutung..die beiden Betten rutschten immer auseinder... -Snackangebot an der Rezeption sehr ausgewählt und zu teuer -Haustelefon war nicht mit den wichtigsten Nummern beschriftet zB,wie man die Rezeption im Notfall erreicht...war seh umständlich aus diversen Werbeflyern erst rauszusuchen

Das Essen im Restaurant können wir empfehlen. Zur Stadt benötigt man nur 10 Minuten. In dem gebuchten Zeitraum fanden die Norddeutschen Dartmeisterschaften statt. Leider haben wir davon nichts gewußt. Das Hotel voll bis in den letzten Winkel - in der ersten Nacht von 22.00 - 5.00 Uhr morgens nur grölende junge Leute unterwegs. Eine reine Katastrophe. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde dies für die nächste Nacht abgestellt. Ein kleiner prozentueller Nachlass gewährt und ein gut gefüllter Obstteller serviert. Booking.com sollte auf dieses jährlich stattfindende Event hinweisen.

Stort och trevligt rum med bra sängar. Bra restaurang och bar, kanske lite tunt utbud på kvällsmenyn. Mycket dyr frukost,15 euro, med hänsyn till innehållet. Reser mycket I tjänsten så jag har en del att jämföra med.

Die zntrale Lage und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich bietet keinen Ruheraum. Nach der Sauna hat man nur die Möglichkeit sich an den Pool zu legen. Dort ist es natürlich entsprechend laut, wenn Kinder darin sind. Für Wellness ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Ich hatte um ein Zimmer zum Hof gebeten. Leider war es nicht möglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da schon am frühen Mogen LKWs dort vorfuhren und den Motor über lange Zeit anließen.

“This is a very friendly comfortable hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was extremely clean and we were lucky to be upgraded to suites at the same room rate we had been quoted for bedrooms. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast each day The hotel is very close to the Old Town which has plenty or restaurants and shops.
