It is an excellent hotel with a good room standard (typical four-star hotel), a really excellent breakfast buffet (out of the ordinary, even for large hotels like this one), and a pleasant relaxation area with a heated pool and sauna - excellent for young children. On top of this, the location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the center of Lübeck (about 100 m from the northern entrance to the old town).

Udemærket hotel, omend beliggenheden kunne være bedre. Desværre levede værelset ikke op til vanlig standard for et hotel i denne kategori, da der i høj grad manglede rengøring.

Tjaa, rengøring ville hjælpe.

Alt. Idyllisk og nær beliggenhet til selve byen. For få parkeringsplasser. Byen er fantastisk. Flott opphold. Topp betjening.

Menyene og all offentlig informasjon i hele byen bør være på Engelsk + 1 Skandinavisk språk i tillegg til Tysk.
