Nice hotel, friendly personal, good location. The wall between the 'parents bedroom' and the childrens bedroom could really need some cleaning. Otherwise no complaints.

Tycker att man kan ställa fram en vattebflaska på rummet. Tycker inte att barskåpet inte ska vara tomt. Tycker inte om att man tagit bort gratis internetuppkoppling. Om inte man vill höja rumspriserna kan man erbjuda ovan som alternativ vid bokning, lika som man gör med tillägg för frukost och parkering.

Läget och närheten till kommunikation Vid ankomst blev vi anvisade annat rum än vi beställt, uppgraderade efter anmärkning. Trasiga lampor i badrum, dött batteri i safeboxen. Efter tillsägelse lagades det som var trasigt omgående.

Die Lage des Hotels zum Stadt und Umgebung erkunden ist i.O. 10 min zur Altstadt und der Busbahnhof ist vor der Tür. Das ganze Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich. Wir wollten 4 Tage Erholung suchen. Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenden Straße. Am 2 Tage war ein Feuerwehrvergnügen im Hotel und das war der Graus bis früh um 5 Uhr. Es waren viele Leute mit kleinen Kindern im Hotel und da sollte man auf die Hotelgäste auch ein bisschen rücksicht nehmen. Das Hotel ist hellhörig. Es ist keine Beschwerde, aber ein Hinweis für nächste Gäste.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war geschäftlich, gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zentrums von Lübeck, gut geeignet für Stadtbesuch ohne das Auto benutzen zu müssen!

Die Lage und dasZimmer. Kein Zimmerservice obwohl sowohl auf der Homepage als in der Infobroschuere angegeben.Fast leere Rolle WC-papier im Zimmer. Im Resaturant Speisekarte aus der Bar. Lichtmarkierung beim Lift ausser Funktion. Es gäbe da einiges zu verbessern!. Die unten erwähnte Empfehlung wuerde ich mit Vorbehalt abgeben.

Das Essen im Restaurant können wir empfehlen. Zur Stadt benötigt man nur 10 Minuten. In dem gebuchten Zeitraum fanden die Norddeutschen Dartmeisterschaften statt. Leider haben wir davon nichts gewußt. Das Hotel voll bis in den letzten Winkel - in der ersten Nacht von 22.00 - 5.00 Uhr morgens nur grölende junge Leute unterwegs. Eine reine Katastrophe. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde dies für die nächste Nacht abgestellt. Ein kleiner prozentueller Nachlass gewährt und ein gut gefüllter Obstteller serviert. Booking.com sollte auf dieses jährlich stattfindende Event hinweisen.

Die zntrale Lage und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich bietet keinen Ruheraum. Nach der Sauna hat man nur die Möglichkeit sich an den Pool zu legen. Dort ist es natürlich entsprechend laut, wenn Kinder darin sind. Für Wellness ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Ich hatte um ein Zimmer zum Hof gebeten. Leider war es nicht möglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da schon am frühen Mogen LKWs dort vorfuhren und den Motor über lange Zeit anließen.

Store værelser med en lys og høj standar mht. Indretning og materialevalg. God service og beliggenhed med gode gratis parkeringsforhold. Hyggelig inddelt restaurant. Stor morgenbufe med alt hvad hjertet begærer.

Die Lage des Hotels Service , Wellnesbereich wurde genutzt für Schwimmkurse , kein Ruheraum im Saunabereich . Allgemein nicht Sauber . Sehr viele Verkaufsverandtaltungen . 4 Sternehotel ? Bar und Lounge entsprach eher einer Wartehalle . Für die Leistung zu teuer.

Placeringen; tæt på Lübeck Julemarked. At prisen var dyrere end hvad vi havde bestilt på booking.com (ca. 10 euro) Værelset var dunkelt, og udsigten var ikke til stede, trods opgradering på grund af overbookning.

Die Lage direkt zur Innenstadt ist ausgezeichnet. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Da ein Nichtraucherzimmer noch nicht zur Verfügung stand, haben wir uns für ein Raucherzimmer entschieden. Dieses roch aber noch sehr nach kaltem Rauch. Aber das Lüften in dem Zimmer ist kein Problem. Fenster konnte man ganz öffnen.
