The location was quite good. Next to the train station and about 2 km from the city center.

The hotel was in a renovation. We had two rooms; one was totally new and the other one was dirty, old and small. The breakfast was not very broad, but for a continental breakfast, it was ok.

This was a clear case of a hotel not meeting expectations. It was full due to a major conference in the city but the overall hotel was dirty and its clientele were not what you expect.

The hotel was redecorating, under renovation, and was really dirty. There were four floors by stairs to go. The beds were broken and the mattress didn't fit in bed, besides the room that was ugly. It was a terrible smell of smoke.

The location was great, only 2 min from the S-Bahn Station "Friedrichstadt". As I had to leave the hotel in the night because of the early flight, it ws very convinient.

The most rooms are smoker-rooms and it stinks awfully. I saw three rooms until the hotel staff found a room where it didn't stink. There is also no lift :-(

Good value for money area not the best, but quiet

Hated it!! Would never stay there again!! The place was dirty and not well-maintained.

It's a good place. But don't have a potter in a canteen. Being there was funny.

The room was basic but large and clean. We had a two-room apartment for three of us. The apartment was facing away from the railroad track next to the hotel and we couldn't hear the trains even from the balcony (which however is in need of repair but at least did not crash when we were there. In short, excellent value if you don't care about too much luxury.

A very large room was a surprise for me, esp for the money I paid. There was even a fridge, a small stove and a sink for dishes. Linens were clean, as well the room itself and bathroom. Bathroom, btw, was really nice. The stuff is friendly, so altogether the price and level are fair.

The only matter that disappointed me was a strong smell of the smoke, while the room was considered a non-smoking one. But I had only to overnight, so it didn't bother me a lot.The area around is quite unsafe to walk in during dark time.

It was very cheap for the size of the room
