It is in the city center not far away from central station and main objects. I did not like the noise that other guests did, but it is like that almost in every hotel I have lived in... |

Management refunded our money when we left because the room was unclean. The room was unclean and there was an unsecure opening into the street. |

It was close to the train tracks but trains stop at 2AM. There are few back rooms no facing the train. Ask for one of those if you want a quit room. They lent me an umbrella when it was raining. |

No lift, so you have to waalk up to 4 floors with luggage. You also have to walk up&down whenever you need to communicate with the reception desk. Cleaning is an unknown concept. There is no way of getting something as simple as a bottle of water, not even during breakfast. TV didn't work. 65Euro/night (even though during a fair) is definitely too much. The worst hotel I have ever booked. |

Very cheap compared to many of the other hotels I could find in dusseldorf. If you're not too bothered about luxury and really just want somewhere to sleep on a night then this will be just the the job. It is a fair walk to the altstadt - about 20 mins (if you don't get lost). I didn't think the walk was that bad but we did get a taxi back on a couple of occasions. Didn't really have much dealings with the staff but can't say they came across as being particularly friendly. Likewise the Hotel was a bit scruffy but didn't bother me and it was pretty much what I was expecting for the price. A couple of my fellow travellers were less forgiving and gave it a bit of a slating. |

Appartment was clean and big. Big closets The appartment is outdated but the cheap price definitely covers for that. Very good value for money. |

The friendly service and the comfortable beds. It could be cleaner and if there is a kitchen, then there could be available some dishes at least for making a coffee. |

This hotel is quite near the station. It's not expensive, but it is clean. The breakfast is very very simple, but good. Smoke in the room. A little noisy, it's behind the station. |

One gentleman was helpful the others not. Breakfast was substantial . Location was good Room was noisey next to the trainlines/ station. No double glazing. The neighbouring room toilet and doors could be clearly heard through thin walls. Beds uncomfortable. Carpets and bed linen were grubby . Electricity failed on last day . No lifts for 4 floors |

Close to city center. Helpful staff it was not very clean. There was a sign in our room door "Notausgang" (Emergency exit), which didn´t make the stay any more comfortable... And when someone flushed the toilet or opened a faucet upstairs, it felt like a big wave will soon come to water you!! |

Hotel is bit old an dated, but staff and service was best. Even better than 5 start hotel in same city. Internet connectivity was limited. So I had to go 1st floor to do e-mails. |

Staff very friendly (despite not speaking English) and very willing to help. The breakfast was filling. The shower: very, very good! I could stay in there for hours if I had the chance. The room and bed were clean. The price on the hotel's website was 5 Euros cheaper per night then through this website. :-( Corridor & staircase need a bit of refurbishment. I was shocked when I entered the hotel and feared for the worse. |
