Excellent and helpful personnel.Working nicely also in English! Nice view over the city from the hotel room. We were lucky to get a room with balcony. Nice and calm! Parking in front of the room entrance. Excellent breakfast - even over the german breakfast standards! Not so far away from the city area.

Located on a big hill - return from the city for handicapped difficult. But you can alway take a taxi from the city! :-)

Nice location on a hill with air and view. The design of the buildings is a bit strickt and cool, but pleasing. Professional staff with orientation toward friendly, efficient service.

The reason why we have rated them down on Services/Equipment and Confort, is that there were two flaws with the room. One bed lamp was without bulb, and the showerhead was impossible to fix in the desired position, the fixing mechanism in the bracket was broken. We told the staff about these problems and they promised to fix them for the next customer.

Very good hotel near Hockenheimring (30min) The disco at hotel was loud until 02h00am ;-(

The room offered wonderful views of the older parts of the city and was convenient to a lovely park, also near the baroque Bruchsal Palace. The complementary complete breakfast is not to be missed. Wifi service is sometimes weak on the upper floors, but solid in the lobby area. Staff always friendly and helpful. Excellent spa facilities are available, though little used. Overall the hotel is no doubt the finest option for visiting the region (outside the larger metro areas at least). Modern rooms with good amenities. Our stay was very pleasant and the cost reasonable. Free parking.

Room became marginally uncomfotable in warm, humid weather. Unaware of air conditioning, if there is any.

Staff is very efficiently. Breakfirst very good. Hotel very confortable and silent. The general design of this hotel is very good. Good general cleaned status of this hotel. Only one bad point : parking. Thank you.

Nicely located in Bruchsal, which is an attrative town. We used the hotel as a stop over on a long car journey, the location is reasonably close to the A5 motorway, while in a city. The restaurant is very recommendable, both in terms of cuisine and service.

The facilities are pleasant but is lacking a bit in warmth.

Das ausgesprochen freundliche und aufgestellte Personal. Das reichhaltige Morgenessen (mit gutem Teeangebot!). Hervorragende einheimische Weinkarte zu gutem Nachtessen. Das ruhige Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht über die Stadt. Die zentrale Lage: knappe 30 Autominuten von Heidelberg, Speyer, Maulbronn und Sinsheim (Technikmuseum und Rhein-Neckarstadion), 15 Minuten bis Karlsruhe - auch lohnt der Ausflug ins nahe Kraichgau.

Bei Tagungen kann das Parkplatzangebot (tagsüber) knapp werden.

Sehr nettes Hotel mit guter Küche. Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Rustig en keurig hotel. Prima bedden. Ruime kamers. Gunstig gelegen T.O.V. de autobahn dus uitermate geschikt voor een overnachting van of nar zuid-Europa. Parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein.

Bedriening in het restaurant

Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Ich konnte morgens die Dusche in meinem Zimmer nicht benutzen, da es im Nachbarzimmer - wie man mir sagte - ein Absperrventil gebe, das der Kaltwasserzufuhr meines Zimmers dient. Dieses Ventil hatte jemand aus dem Nachbarzimmer zugedreht, sodass ich entweder kochend heiß oder ohne Wasser duschen musste. Man hat mir dann ein anderes Zimmer aufgeschlossen, in dem ich dann das Badezimmer benutzen durfte. Ich musste allerdings über den Flur gehen. Für einen Zimmerpreis von 109 € finde ich das nicht in Ordnung. Als "Entschädigung" für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten bot man mir bei der Abreise ein Glas Marmelade an. Dieses Verhalten ist wenig dazu geeignet, Vorurteile bezüglich der Knauserigkeit des "Muschterländles" aus dem Weg zu räumen.

Prima locatie voor doorreis van / naar Zwitserse Alpen, het welness gedeelte is dan ook heerlijk. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, met name in het restaurant. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras. Bruchsal is een leuk stadje voor een wandeling van een uurtje.
