Hotel Scherf  

This is an exquisite hotel with wonderful staff who welcome you at every point. the rooms are outstanding and the location perfect. This is one of the best small hotels I have stayed in.

My husband and I had a really lovely stay here. The room and bathroom were scrupulously clean, crisp white bedlinen, the balcony with a view over the street was nice, the 'fridge was a bonus.The staff were helpful, welcoming and very pleasant. Breakfasts were delicious, lots of choices, both hot and cold, and the dining room was very cosy. On our last morning, the owner asked if we'd had a nice visit and during the course of our conversation he learned that I had last been in the town as a child. He, his Mother and the waitress, together, put us in touch with a girlfriend I had last seen when I was eight years old. We met each other later that day and have resumed a friendship forged more that fifty years ago! So thank you, Hotel Scherf, I cannot thank you enough. CT.

It is very quiet, there was no noise at all.

Availability of English tv channels would be an improvement.

The buffett breakfast had a good choice of food, which suited most people. Complimentary sweets in the reception .

We arrive late but not what i would call late. 9.30pm. We were not told that there was a number , However there was a intercom with several numbers but nothing that said reception as the front doors were closed . We eventually got let in , to find our keys on a desk, then we had to find our rooms. No help from the staff... Oh there were no staff. They provided a public kitchen which was usefull ,but no corkscrew or bowels. We payed £60 for a single room not worth the money

Die Lage des Hotels

Uns hat am Hotel Scherf einfach alles gefallen. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, alles sehr sauber, Zimmer prima, Personal superfreundlich. Der kleine Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls prima in Schuss. Wir können das Hotel Scherf uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort.

Das Schwimmbad und Sauna war schön und sauber. Die Zimmer waren groß und das Bett war auch angenehm

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer sehr groß und leise, gutes Frühstück, kleiner aber feiner Wellnessbereich. Hotel nur zu empfehlen.

Rustig, midden in het stadje gelegen, aan de rand van het prachtige kuurpark. Uitermate gastvrije leiding en zeer attent bedienend personeel. Keurige, ruime kamer. Prettig ambiance; vooral de ontbijtkamer is een cosy salon, waar de tafels in Engelse sfeer zijn gedekt, Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch!

Parkeren bij het hotel is erg krap en duur: € 7 per etmaal. In de naaste omgeving is parkeerschijf nodig...

Goed zeer schoon hotel met een uitstekend gevarieerd ontbijt. De aandacht van de eigenaar en personeel voor de gasten was uitstekend, zeer voorkomend en attentvol.
