The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was very spacious and the location was perfect. Although I have been upgraded to a superior bigger room, but this room had no black out, the curtains were very light, so I had to get up by sun rise daily. Also there was no lock for the door inside the room, the hotel is very secure, but this lock adds to your security feeling inside a foreign room. Last, there was no safe deposit box in the room nor at the reception. |

The free facility of Internet usage, yery friendly staff, fresh fruits during the day, modern furnishing, very good breakfast buffet. Most of the hotels are overheated in Winter.The bedrooms should be cooler (15-18 degree only) it would as well safe heating costs.No tea/coffee facility in room. |

Uns hat insbesondere die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und deren Bemühen, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, gefallen. Danke dafür!! Uns persönlich hat die schmucklose Einrichtung der Zimmer nicht gefallen (selbstgemalte Bilder, Plastikblumen eines schwedischen Möbelhauses) - das Ambiente gleicht einer aufgeräumten Studentenbude - sauber, aber eher minderwertig in der Ausstattung. |

Goede kwaliteit bedden, restaurantje op het terrein Suana bleek op zaterdag al om 18.30u gesloten en hoorde helemaal niet bij hotel. |

Het is een klein gezellig hotel maar met alle faciliteiten. Prijs is erg goed voor het comfort en "Höfflichkeit" die je geboden wordt. Tevens eigen parkeerplaats in hotel en restaurant waren tevens uitstekend. Voor enkele dagen in Hannover is dit een echte aanbeveling. |
