The rooms are very big and the surroundings are pretty. There is a river running right by the place with a calming water sound. It is close to the highways and ringroads so getting in and out by car was very easy and quick The hotel is 1.4km from a station. There is a bus that will take you to the station. The hotel stinks of smoke, but at least our rooms was smoke and smell free (entirely). |

The shower/tub combination only had a 1/4 length glass closure and showering was a real challenge and water went everywhere. |

The hotel is situed in a beautiful landcape not far from the center of Munchen, however well linked with subway. The pipes of the shower were completely blocked!!! It was very difficult to take a simple shower!!! |

There was this amazing brook running beside our room. The hotel was within walking distance to KFC. The room was nice and clean. The location was beautiful. Parking was a bit tricky, but it was free! There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but there is also no air conditioning in any home in Germany I visited, so this is the norm. You are not in the States anymore, so don't expect things to be the same. |

The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot. There was wireless and parking available and free of charge. Another good point was a KFC very near the hotel. There was no lift at the hotel. The hotel is quite far from the centre, however there is a train station next to hotel, but to go there, it's necessary to take a bus. The breakfast is not included in the price. I didn't think it was cheap. |

Bus/S-Bahnanbindung, angrenzende Gastronomie (Inder), Hotelpreis, gute Anreisemöglichkeit, interessante Lage (Schleuse) des Hotels, Zahlung erst bei Abreise, Frühstückszahlung erst nachdem man sich es morgens angeschaut hat Zimmer nicht ganz sauber (leere Bierflasche im Schrank, WC/Dusche lagen Haare herum), Sitzmöglichkeit beim Frühstück zu eng, kein Hinweis beim Frühstück, dass auch Eier bestellt werden können, beim einchecken keine Hinweise auf Bezahlung, Frühstück usw. - nur auf Nachfrage, Kartenzahlungssystem ausgefallen - nur Barzahlung |

Schwarzschimmel, Bakterien- und Keimbildungen im Bad, Haare von Vorgängerin auf den Fliesen. Überall Staub. Zimmer hatte Kellercharakter und das kleine Fenster ging auf Durchgangshof und war voller Schmutz. Trotz Hinweise auf Mängel kaum Beseitigung. An der Reception wurde geraucht und Hund hatte den Zugang blockiert. Sehr ungepflegte Person an der Reception. |
