    Good access from the highway.

Problem with parking the car (lack of free space).

The room is excellent either for single or for three persons

The stairs gave us a bit of hassle, especially with big luggages otherwise is fine

Value, very good breakfast, park-like neighborhood location outside of central Munich. Rooms located on upper floors are most comfortable and quiet. Triple and quadruple rooms are a great value for families.

Rooms located on ground floor (especially room #2) are very noisy, particularly when other guests and staff smoke and gather under bridge or outside entrance during late hours. Ground floor rooms are not suitable for families traveling with small children. Front desk staff is very inconsistent with customer service - ranges from very friendly and helpful to rude and apathetic, depending on who is working.

Location was good near bus line.

Parking was not good. We got back early evening and there were no spots. We had to park almost a block away. In middle of residential area.

Location was good. Room was spacious and clean but not very light.

Breakfast room tiny and staff were not accomodating when we asked to sit outside. Bathroom was miniscule. Parking was difficult.

The hotel is in a suburb of Munich. It is clean and efficient. The location by the river is great and for us, travelling with a dog, the park of the local castle was a boon, particularly as it had a very picturesque pond and bar. It was conveniently placed for our visit to Dachau and the city centre. The attached Indian restaurant was superb. The rooms are comfortable, large and the breakfasts are all you need. We enjoyed our two day stay.

Car parking is a real issue. There is parking on site, but if you arrive a bit late, you will struggle to find a place as the hotel shares the space with the Indian Restaurant, which is popular, and the car park is hardly big enough for the patrons of the hotel let alone the eatery. This is a minor point though.

We had a car, so the free parking, though limited, was key. The staff was friendly and spoke English well.

This wouldn't be a good choice for visitors without a vehicle as it's located in a suburb about 20 minutes drive from the city center. The rooms are clean but spare--more IKEA furniture than typical hotel furnishings, but there was a mini fridge and a nice stream rushing by out back. The wifi was very weak and cut out constantly. We had to go downstairs to buy some tickets online. Not a place to hang out in the room, but if you're looking for affordable family accommodations and you can drive into town, that's what you'll get

    Comfy beds.

Staff were unable to provide us with keys when we arrived. We went in to town and they omitted to mention that we must return by 10.30 pm. We had to walk to another hotel to collect our keys to gain entrance to our accommodation. Staff offered my son in law a cup of coffee but omitted to mention that he would be charged on checkout.

Perfect hotel, hudge, nice rooms. On the small river-side. Very nice Indian restaurant in front.

Its not in Munich, but in the surroundings. The receptionist was not very friendly!

    - calm place near bus-stations to citycenter - indian restaurant in the same building - nice surroundings - park, river

    - small amount of parkplaces - 8€ per breakfast

Spacious room. Quiet neighborhood (no noise). Free parking (though not that many places) For going to the center, it is better to leave a car and use public transport (I'd recommend buying 1/2/3 day all-transport passes). Bus station is five minutes walk from the hotel. In 10 minutes you'll get to Nymphenburg, in 30 minutes - to Marienplatz.

Minor aspects: Far from the city center, so the hotel suits petrolhead travellers more. Breakfast is not that rich.

The location right on the river was very relaxing. The rooms were fresh, clean and new. A perfect resting spot after our visit to Dachau. We had a car and found parking in the small lot before 4 pm. The Indian restaurant was excellent, but we had to sit outside in the cold and drizzling rain because we didn't have a reservation. They did put out the awning for us. Breakfast at the hotel was also good. The room for 4 was very spacious.

    - Very clean, comfortable hotel, ideal for family or group visits - Extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful staff who really made our stay a fantastic experience - Fantastic selection for breakfast - Location is remote from the city centre but ideal if you are transiting via Munich and wish to travel onwards towards Austria, Switzerland or Neuschwanstein castle

    - We weren't aware that separate wi-fi codes were needed for each individual guest in a group - For late check-ins, you would have to check in at another hotel (100m down the road)

What a beautiful quaint lodge. Our room was perfectly quiet, roomy and the location was great. He shower is small but not really an issue. We did have a car so getting to public transport wasn't an issue. We felt like we had the best of both worlds as we were able to get a feel of the real Munich but were close enough to the city downtown to experience that as well!

    Everything was very good

maybe only small parking which is free and shared with the restaurant so quite crowded.
