The location of the hotel was fantastic very central, the room was very clean and well presented, breakfast layout was very good and the staff were all very friendly. |

The staff spoke English very well. They were very helpful to me and my sister. They answered all my questions and gave me directions. I really liked the decor of the breakfast room. Very German and attractive. The coffee was the best we had on our trip. Also the location was the best. It is very close to the city center. I would not reccomend the rooms on the front of the hotel. It is worth it to pay a little and get the nicer, quiter room. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and accomodating. I liked the location; it was very close to Marienplatz as I had requested.I also liked how my room was ready for early check-in as I had requested. |

The hotel was practically near the city center. Good breakfast, but not excellent. The free wired internet was a plus, but it kept disconnecting whenever you didn't use it for more than a minute. The furniture in the room looked antique (not in a good way) and the room itself wasn't that clean. It looked like a hotel decorated in the '70s-'80s, with no updates over time. |

Location and style are great. Breakfast food selection and venue are wonderful. Rooms are small, but being so central this is not really a complaint. |

Helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Excellent location. No air conditioning in rooms. Some rooms were facing street directly over sidewalk cafes which were very noisy and open until very late at night. Ask for room facing rear of building. |

Great location. Inner room was fairly quiet. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of choices. Single room was very small but still comfortable. Church bells in the morning will be a problem with any hotel near the Marienplatz. This was only a minor issue for me. |

The location was amazing and the service was great. It could get a little noisy being on a busy street and having the church bells go off so frequently. |

Alle Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut sortiert. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr, sehr laut, Schallisolierung und Klimaanlage in diesen Zimmern wäre zu empfehlen. Außerdem sollten die Badezimmer und auch die Zimmer dringend renoviert werden. |

Midden in het centum Als je rustig wilt slapen dan dit hotel niet an te bevelen. Tot vroeg in de morgen veel lawaai omdat er naast het hotel een burger king zit. Veel aanloop tot vroeg in de morgen. |
