Location is excellent. Rooms are well equiped and very comfortable. Prices for dinner and breakfast are too high. There are no convenient "off site" eating places in the adjacent village. There is no exercise room.

We had the Junior Suite which was awesome - really really spacious, a toilet AND a bath, great view of the Rhine river, whirlpool-bathtub, gigantic tv set, own key for the swimming pool. Staff appereared to really like and care for guests and the location in between vineyards and with a small park and a huge terrace is just great. Wifi is 6 €/hour which is like a relic from the past. Really. The suites cost normally over 500 € per night and Wifi shouldn't be an extra.

Ich hatte einen Gegenstand im Zimmer vergessen. Völlig anstandlos und sehr zuvorkommend wurde er mir nachgesendet. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich.

Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn im Wellnessbereich die Liegen nicht durch Handtücher belegt würden, ohne sie zu benutzen. Ein Hinweisschild würde schon genügen.

Das Schloss R. ist wunderschön im alten Stil erhalten - sehr schön auch in der Jahreszeit dekoriert. Die Zimmer sind von "vorgestern", was zu dem Haus passt. Der Wellnessbereich ist neu und großzügig mit mehreren Saunen und einem großen Pool. Leider sind die sanitären Anlagen auch von "vorgestern", was natürlich nicht zeitgemäss ist. Die Dusche ließ sich nur mit Gewalt "bewegen", die Toilettenspülung auch und die Dusche "schwächelte" erheblich. Bei unserem Aufenthalt handelte es sich um einen runden Geburtstag. Dies kann dem Personal nicht entgangen sein. Es gab keine Kerze, kein Glas Sekt, keine Blume - das ist ein Armutszeugnis für das Hotel. Und obendrein freuten wir uns im voraus auf das vermeintlich sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet. Wir wurden damit konfrontiert, dass es bei so wenigen Gästen kein Buffet gibt. Wir sollten alles auf einmal ordern. Bei einem Frühstückspreis von pro Person 25 Euro. Wir haben unsere Mittagsreservierung storniert und ausgecheckt.

Uitstekend hotel in kasteel. Rustige locatie. Gerenomeerde hotelketen. Vele faciliteiten en goede bediening. Kamer (suite) voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Prima ontbijt en goede restaurants. Het enige minpunt was het feit dat een klein aantal kamers/suites in een bijgebouw zijn gelegen zonder dat dit bij boeking blijkt.

Très bel hôtel, bien placé dans la vallée du Rhin, chambre spacieuse avec de belles vues sur le Rhin et les vignes alentours, bon petit déjeuner. Un petit peu impersonnel mais ce n'est pas véritablement un défaut.

Die Liebe zum Detail beginnt bei der Freundlichkeit, mit der man empfangen wird, geht über die geschmackvolle Ausstattung der Zimmer bis hin zum Ambiente im ganzen Haus - so gelingt es, glamouröses Understatement zu kreieren. Man selbst steht als Gast jederzeit im Mittelpunkt - der Service, insbesondere für Bankette und Feste sucht weltweit seinesgleichen. Die Speisen sind von hervorragender Qualität und werden mit Liebe zubereitet. Der Wellness-Bereich bietet mit Pool und verschiedenen Saunen Raum für Ruhe und Entspannung. Der Service war jung.hübsch und willig. Bei der Ausbildung fehlt was.Wenn ich noch ein Bier trinke, aber schon den Wein (auf drängeln) bestellt habe, muß man nicht auch sofort den Wein einschenken.
