Nette Bedienung, schöne aufstrebende Umgebung. Leider keine Vorhänge oder andere Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Schlafen um 5.00 Uhr beendet.

Freundliches Personal! Reinigungspersonal trotz verriegelter Tür und angebotenen Check-out bis 12 Uhr hat bereit vor 11 Uhr laufend an der Tür geschlossen und geklopft! Nichts für langschläfer! Frühstückszeiten leider anders als online angekündigt! Zimmer eher karg, ungefragt getrennte Betten im Zimmer!!

Schöne rustikale Gaststube, sehr leckeres Essen, ein großes rustikal eingerichtetes Zimmer, Bowlingbahn im Keller, sehr nettes Personal. Die Nähe zu Grimma, das Muldental ist sehr schön. Die Stadt Trebsen hat - außer dem wirklich schönen, alten Schloss - nichts zu bieten, ist eher trist. Das Hotel wirkt wie eine gastliche Oase.

Die Sauberkeit der Tische beim Frühstück war sehr mangelhaft. Die Mitarbeiter sollten sich einmal fragen, ob sie selbst mit solchen dreckigen, ungebügelten Tischdecken auf dem Tisch gern frühstücken würden. Die selben Tischdecken lagen auch noch am zweiten Tag auf dem Tisch! Die Reinigungskräfte sollten beim Reinigen der Zimmer auch mal das Wischwasser wechseln, dann richt es im Bad vielleicht nicht nach Urin! Zur Reinigung der Zimmer gehören auch die Schränke und Nachtische innen, dann würde auch auffallen, dass noch Kleidung bzw. Tabakreste der Vorgänger darin sind!

Nettes Service Personal. Vollkommen überteuert - nicht mal ne Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer - ein Wandbild über meinem Bett fiel von der Wand neben meinen Kopf - Duschkopf war nicht zu befestigen - Frühstück billig gemacht (Aufbackbrötchen, nur Frustsaftgetränk statt Saft, usw)
