Cercania a Baden-baden.Magnifico marco natural,vistas espectaculares,estupendo spa y una buenisima atencion del personal. Las ventanas exteriores de la terraza del restauran estaban sucias. |

Only good things to say. German luxury hotel at its best. Traditional, cozy and convenient. Splendid location and facilities. To be enjoyed at every season. (We had a snow for Xmas. A 6-foot Xmas-tree in the DeLuxe room.) Excellent breakfast buffet. Large and beautiful spa. Very good restaurants but way too expensive. Beds quite hard, but a matter of taste. Winter tires recommended for safe access. Very warm clothes for wandering outside in the park. |

Good barman and hairdresser. Heated bathroom floors. Thank you for two free internet vouchers. Sorry, your furniture is a bit tired. The 18 year old tiling in bathrooms is not up to modern specs, also drab radiator casings. In the suites, apart from the better spacial standards, there was nothing much to distinguish the suite specification.The master suite in the Max Grundig clinic( up the road) - now that was special. |

For me and my wife the hotel is an ideal place where we can really enjoy our holidays. It is placed in a wonderful quiet area with beautiful surrounds for long walking, the complete hotel staff is extremely kind and the restaurants really offer an excellent and gourmet pleasure. |

The peace and quiet and views from the room were great. The pool was not warm enough - staff not available in spa area for towels or drinks.Construction was going on which was not so nice but the renovations are very lovely. Food looked good but was very expensive. There were not many guests at the hotel - and the level of personal service was somewhat missing. Breakfast was added to my bill even though we specifically told the front desk staff we would not be eating it. They did take it off eventually. |

We arrived late and a little tired because of a long journey by car. Upon arrival we have been very warmly welcomed and we found the place fantastic. We spend a memorable stay but too short. Very attentive staff, excellent breakfast and wonderful location. We already plan to come back and stay longer. |

The position, the luxury of it I felt as though they were trying to get money out of me at every possible opportunity and weren't overly open about any cheaper options. eg at dinner we were given the set menu, but not the a la carte menu and we didn't realise until after that there was an a la carte option which would have been considerably cheaper. |

сумасшедший вид из окна! обслуживание не понравилось совсем! пока я гулял вокруг отеля, меня переселили в другой номер без моего на то согласия! это не уровень отеля, входящего в три ассоциации лучших отелей мира! в ванной было всегда по колено воды и единственное, что они могли предложить - это дать побольше полотенец, бред какой то! через два дня сьехал , остановился в Баден Бадене и прекрасно провел остальные дни Рождества! |

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Man hat das Gefühl Geschichte zu atmen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und professionell. Unsere Frühstücksbedienung war nicht bei der Sache, ließ Dinge vom Tablett fallen und vergaß bei der Eindeckung des Tisches die Servietten. Das Buffet bot an beiden Tagen exakt die gleichen Dinge. |

Kuzurlaub zum Ausspannen und geniessen. Das Haus liegt eingebettet in der Natur an einmaliger Lage und ist trotzdem in Stadtnähe zu Baden-Badenzu wo das kulturelle Angebot keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im Wellnessbereich hat die Betreuung/Sauberkeit im Gegensatz zu früheren Aufenthalten nachgesassen. Die Saunaanlagen funktionierten nicht korrekt oder waren schlecht betreut. |

Le respect du calme et la gentillesse du personnel. Qualité remarquable des prestations du SPA. Excellents restaurants tous les deux avec un bémol supplémentaire pour l'Impérial. J'ai signalé qu'il devrait rajouter une radio classique qui fait cruellement défaut dans les chambres. |
