Though we have arrived very late the hotel staff was helpful. (She wasn't good at English but tried to explain in details) Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Located in very quiet town. The location was far from the high way. (Not the problem of the hotel)

Sehr freundliche, famliäre Atmosphäre Wir hatten ein Zi mit Schrägen, die es teilweise unbequem machten. Man merkt, dass dieses Haus nicht als Hotel konzipiert wurde.

Sehr liebevoll und unserem Geschmack entsprechend ausgestattet. Schöne und ruhige Lage. Ansprechend angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffet. Fast schon unfreundliches Personal am Empfang, kein Lächeln für den Gast und auch keine Wünsche für schöne Osterfeiertage beim Abschied. Koffeinfreier Kaffee kostet extra! Es wurde beim Frühstück nicht nach Getränkewünschen gefragt sondern einfach Kaffee gebracht. Die große rote Eingangstür ist viel zu schwer, ich hatte Probleme, sie mit Hund an der Leine zu öffenen, meine Mutter (77) war garnicht dazu in der Lage!

Die Nähe zu unseren Freunden Prof. Leitzmann in der Dörrenbergstraße. Dass wir am Abend unserer Ankunft am 9.2.nicht im Speise- bzw. Aufenthaltsraum sitzen konnten, da Sie eine geschl. Gesellschaft hatten. So mussten wir den Wein auf dem Zimmer trinken.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung, modern, flippig und ansprechend Das Frühstück war schon um 11 Uhr beendet, da wir bis weit in die nacht auf einer Hochzeit waren, war dies für Sonntag viel zu früh. Sonntags könnte die Frühstückszeit ruhig länger sein. Netterweise hat die Kollegin von der Rezeption uns noch Kaffee serviert und wir konnten noch ein Brötchen essen. Blöd war, dass die Kollegin, die wohl fürs Frühstück zuständig war, in unserer Anwesenheit mit ihr darüber diskutiert hat, dass das nicht gehe, da könne ja jeder kommen. Abgesehen davon, dass man so was nicht vor Kunden bespricht, auch wenn man versucht zu flüstern, gehört die Gastronomie einfach zu den Bereichen in denen solcher Service auch verlangt ist! Lob an die Dame von der Rezeption!

Velmi dobrý hotel s příjemným personálem a servisem. Doporučuji všem, kdo má rád klidné prostředí. Very good hotel with friendly staff and service. I recommend to everyone who likes a quiet environment.

Leuke frisse ontbijtruimte, ruime kamer en badkamer, mooie wandschilderingen, heel goed bed. Naam Schlosshotel misleidend, was vroeger ziekenhuis.

Ansonsten tolles Hotel, das durch die Ausstellung der tollen Kunstgegenstände sich hervorhebt. Fußbodenheizung im Bad war abends und nachts nicht eingeschaltet, daher im Bad zu kalt und natürlich unangenehm auf eiskalte Fließen zur treten.

Sehr gute Betten! Tolle Dusche, lustiges Ambiente, Zimmer klein, aber für ein Wochenende mehr als ausreichend und sehr gemütlich. Frühstück einfallsreich (selbstgemachte Brotaufstriche) und gut, alles und noch mehr da, was man braucht. Es fehlt die Kleenexbox im Badezimmer u. eine gute Spiegelbeleuchtung für Rasur und Make-up

Das Hotel Bunter Hund ist eine Reise wert. Hier findet man ganz klar die Liebe zum Detail. Das Cafe Kunst ist besonders nett, auch die kleine Karte ist super durchdacht. Wenn man kein Menü erwartet, kann man hier einen ganz netten Abend nach der Sauna im Haus verbringen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
