All Staff is very friendly. Spacious rooms/bathrroms. Clean and well maintained room and bathroom. Very nice Restaurants (Nero and Hugenpoettchen) All transfer arrangemenst were delivered as schedule (airport to Hotel; hotel-Dusseldorf-hotel and hotel to Dusseldorf Hbf). Amazing location and landscape. We looking forward to stay in Hugenpoet in our next visit to Dusseldorf/Essen.

Los jardines son hermosos, las instalaciones son antiguas, de verdad te sientes en un castillo, el desayuno excelente, aunque no es barato pero si muy bueno. Los paisajes hermosos. No es fácil llegar al hotel pero el chiste es que esta en un lugar hermoso

Liebenswürdige Betreuung. Altes Wasserschloß. Gutes Essen im Schloss und im Hugenpoetchen (Restaurant in der früheren Remise, hier leger und auch mit sehr guter Küche). Abgelegen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht zu erreichen.

uitstraling rust natuur ligging van het kasteel als je van winkelen houdt.Grotere steden in de buurt. Het enige wat een beetje stoorde is als je een raam open zet er tamelijk veel geluid is van over vliegende vliegtuigen.

一般の公道よりひとつ入ると別世界といった感があり、木々に囲まれた古城ホテルは大変雰囲気が良かった。ま- たスタッフの対応も良かった。 部屋も天井が高くとても解放感があってよい。 家具はアンティークで趣きがあってよいが、寝ていたベッドが一部外れたり、タンスの立てつけが悪いなどある- 。 また窓にはクモが巣をはっており、窓を開ける気にはならなかった。 できれば窓外の清掃と家具は雰囲気を壊さない新しいものにしてはどうかと考える。

Zentrale Lage zwischen den Grossstädten des Ruhrgebietes und des Rheinlandes. Dennoch in ländlicher Umgebung idyllisch gelegen. Ideal für Romantiker M. sehr authentischem Schloss-Flair. Gehobene Sterneküche im Restaurant nero, hochwertig (aber legèrere Atmosphäre) die Küche im hugenpöttchen ! Gemütliche Zimmer im "Schlosstil" möbiliert. Mit kl. Annehmlichkeiten wie Obst und Pralinen. Getränke aus der Minibar Z.T. gratis ! Parkplatz gleich vor der Tür. Für eine 5 Sterne-Niveau ist die Ausstattung Z.T. ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Winziger, abgenutzt erscheinender Lift, welliger Teppich im Zimmer, lederne Schreibtischunterlage total abgewetzt... Es hat mich nicht gestört, aber wie gesagt, ich beurteile ein 5* Hotel! Das Schlossambiente macht halt vieles wett ! Für Ruhesuchende wichtig zu erwähnen: An meinem Aufenthalts-Sonntag flogen von Nachmittags bis Abends Flugzeuge recht niedrig im 20 min.- Takt über`s Hotel. Dieses liegt wahrscheinlich I.D. Einflugschneise des Düsseldorfer Airports!!

La gentillesse et l'accueil ainsi que le luxe relatif de l'endroit. Le restaurant soi-disant gastronomique "le nero"... Il n'a que de nom gastronomique...sans parler de la suffisance du personnel!

Sehr zuvorkommender Service; Tolle Ausstrahlung, da ursprünglicher Charme des schlosses erhalten; sehr stilvoll eingerichtet; toller garten und schöne Anlage Essen wurde bzgl. der Kreativität dem Anspruch nicht gerecht; Weinkellner (sehr kompetent) roch sehr stark nach Schweiß!!
