From the moment you arrive you are in the lap of luxury and being catered to by all members of staff. They cannot do enough to ensure you have a perfect visit. The spa and their staff were amazing. Don't miss a massage or a facial. Famed Dieter Muller restaurant amazing but terrace brasserie lovely as well at better price Not a big deal but their activity book listed horseback riding but when we tried to set it up they could not organze it as all horseback riding in the area done through private members only club |

The 'castle' atmosphere is excellent there, especially the spa and the restaurants. THe staff was not very friendly and co-operative - we have forgotten the letter to confirm that we have booked and paid the cooking course except they had our credit card details. That make us feel very uncomfortable as they give us the impression that we are not trustful. Critical for a five star hotel. |

Do profissionalismo, educação e simpatia de todos os funcionários. Da comodidade e calor humano transmitidos, como nos sentíssemos na própria casa. Por somente haver documentação com texto em língua Alemã, quando deveria haver com sub-textos em Inglês, Francês, Espanhol e Português. Um Hotel desta categoria não pode omitir isto. |

Insbesondere das Ambiente, welches die Anlage ausstrahlt, ist sehr ansprechend. Hier kann man entspannende Tage verleben. Die Zimmer sind z.Z. etwas zu rustikal bzw. im Fall von Raucherzimmer zu schleecht ge-/ belüftet. |
