The 3-star Schlosshotel Michelfeld offers spacious rooms with four-poster beds, wooden furnishings and floral fabrics. The internet can be access via cable for free in rooms. Wake up to a tasty breakfast buffet in the morning. In the evening, look forward to regional culinary specialities as well as dishes inspired by French and Italian cuisine. During the warmer months, enjoy your meals and homemade cakes on the terrace. The A6 motorway is only 9 kilometres away. The historic city of Heidelberg is easily reached via the motorway, and lies just a 28-minute drive away. Great gourmet food, nicely furnished and large rooms, friendly staff, free WiFi. There is a church about 15m across from the room and it starts tolling the bells for a few minutes at 6am, and from then on announces every quarter hour. This steals at least an hour from my sleep. If you have to wake up at 6am anyways this is not a big deal, otherwise it is very annoying. Also, the WiFi signal just barely extended to the room, my laptop was able to pick it up, my iPhone was not.

Lovely hotel where we spent the night on our way back from Italy. Very friendly lady at reception. Nice restaurant. À pity we were alone in the restaurant.
