Very helpful and welcoming staff. Good location close to town centre. Very spacious, clean and comfortable bedroom. It looks a bit run down from the outside. You enter through a side door and are immediately faced with a set of narrow painted stairs which lead to the upper floor bedrooms. Reception is downstairs and round a corner so first impressions were surprise rather than a warm welcome (but staff when we found them were very welcoming). |

Es hat uns gefallen, dass das Hotel stadtnah und sehr ruhig lag. Das wir in den dritten Stock mit dem Gepäck mussten. Das Angebot einer weiblichen Angestellten, den Koffer zu tragen, nahmen wir nicht an. Eine männliche Hilfe wäre angebracht. Ein störender Geruch im Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus könnte nicht geklärt werden. |

Het is een prachtig kasteel in zeer mooie omgeving. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ik heb genoten van de ambiance. De bedden waren wat hard en geen tweepersoons deken. |

Als wir ankamen, war das Zimmer kalt, weil angeblich die Heizung defekt war; das Zimmer war nicht zu verdunkeln, es gab keine Vorhänge; man musste ca. 60 Stufen bis zum Zimmer bewältigen, da es keinen Aufzug gab; ein Zimmerservice fand nicht statt, es wurden die Betten nicht gemacht und nicht aufgeräumt; |
