Its location in a park across the street from the Schloss Wilhelmshöhe was interesting. We were able to walk into the park and view the castle and gardens and part of the aqueduct. We also liked the modern styling of the restaurant and bar. The guest room rate was very reasonable, and parking in the public lot next to the hotel was inexpensive and convenient. We didn't arrive in Kassel until after dark, but finding the hotel in the dark was actually easier than expected because signage directing you to the hotel was very good and well placed. Guest room furnishings were dated and the carpet was very worn. |

The evening dinner was excellent. The desk staff were helpful. The location by the art museum and park are ideal. The elevator is too small, and didn't work. |

Very helpful staff, spacious and comfortable facilities. Good food. Very interesting adjacent historical sights in the park. A bit tricky to find, if you do not know the area. |

Very clean. Felt luxurious but lacked airconditioning. Didn't realize the hotel was in the park, up the hill from the town. Okay if you like to be secluded. Staff was friendly. No A/C (airconditioning) - opening the balcony door for air doesn't seem too safe and lets the evening and morning light in. My husband didn't sleep much. |

Location! We saw lightened castle thru our window! Bathroom was functional, but definitely not the one to enjoy - a little bit dark, shaking shower cabin.. |

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sotto ogni punto di vista. Hotel molto tranquillo in una graziosa posizione. Struttura quasi simil sovietica ex cortina di ferro. Distante dal centro per chi arriva con i mezzi pubblici |

Die Nähe zum Schloss mit seinen Ausstellungen und zum Höhenpark ist sehr schön. Ruhige Lage am Stadtrand Das Essen im Restaurant war nicht zu empfehlen, der zuvorkommende Service des Kellners war dagegen wohltuend. |

Die Lage des Zimmers / Balkon´s erlaubte mir einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Kassel, das Badezimmer war recht neu renoviert. Snacks (Bounty, Twix etc) kosten 1€ Die tapete löste sich von der Außenwand!! Feuchtigkeit!!! :( und dann waren da noch die silberfische im Bett / Bettwäsche!! Und dann inkl. Stellplatz 84€ Nacht...Wenn das Zimmer ein stärker gepflegten Eindruck gemacht hätte, wären die Nachfolgenden Punkte nicht so dramatisch aber.... Leider brauchte die Dusche 15 min um "lau warmes" zu bringen, nach insgesammt 20 minuten kam dann heißes wasser. Und die 0.5l Wasserflasche kostete 4€ was ich bischen hart finde, !!! |

Uns gefällt das Schlosshotel, da es den Komfort bietet, den wir gerne haben, die Lage die wir schätzen und für die Standardzimmer einen Preis, den wir uns gelegentlich leisten können und wollen. Wir kommen gerne nach Kassel, auch, wie dieses Mal, auf der Durchreise, da meine Vorfahren von hier stammen (Siebert, Kasseler Brotfabrik) und schon meine Großmutter (1865- 1950) die Luft in Wilhelmshohe gelobt hat! |

De zeer rustige ligging aan de voet van de fontein is perfect. Met de tram of auto in 10 minuten naar het gezellige centrum. |

Hotel is goed gelegen voor prachtige wandeling. Ontbijt was lekker. Bediening was goed. De informatie op booking.com nl "Solarium, Wellness-centrum, Massage, Tafeltennis" klopte niet. De kinderen wilden tafeltennis spelen maar dat was helemaal niet aanwezig. Dat was voor hen een tegenvaller. |

Lage fantastisch! Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Schloss und "HERKULES" in unmittelbarer Nähe! Sehr schöne Lobby und gutes Frühstück/Abendessen! Sehr ungemütliche Zimmer (Nussbaumromantik)! Unkomfortable Betten! |

Das Hotel hat ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Der Zustand insgesamt ist "abgewohnt", man merkt sehr deutlich, daß notwendige Investitionen nur mit beschränkten Mitteln durchgeführt werden können. Das soll nicht heißen, daß das Hotel unsauber wäre. |

Das Entrée und die Lage am Bergpark direkt neben dem Schloss, die Ruhe und schöne Umgebung. Auf grund einer günstigen Zimmerrate (über Internet) und des grossen Zimmers bedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Der Balkon am Zimmer war schmutzig und nicht zu benutzen. Das Bad im Zimmer war für ein 4 Sterne Haus zu klein und von der Ausstattung her bestenfalls "Budgethotelklasse". Die letzte Renovierung war offensichtlich eher oberflächlich, was Anstrich, Tapenten und Mobiliar betrifft. Sowie man über die Treppe auf die "Schulhaustypischen" Aulminiumglastüren trifft, verschwindet das moderne Ambiente der Eingangshalle und aller Charme der Sixties weicht gänzlich einer eher an ein sauberes Budgethotel erinnernden Nüchternheit. - Das "Schlosshotel" gerät völlig in Vergessenheit |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut die Einrichtung war verschlissen und alt, es wird zwar damit geworben, das das Hotel im Retro-Stil gehalten ist, aber die Möbel auf dem Zimmer waren einfach nur alt und verschlissen und die Matratze war durchgelegen. Keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer. |

Na een week in Praag eindelijk weer vriendelijk personeel gezien. De ligging van het hotel is prachtig, het ontbijt was om door een ringetje te halen. De bediening, met een glimlach, kon niet beter. De schuifdeuren van de douchecabine gingen wat stroef, verder niets negatiefs tegengekomen. |

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr nett und die Lage, direkt gegenüber dem Schloß ist sehr schön. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas veraltet. |
