The rooms are nice with a lovely balcony facing the castle. The location is convenient. 1. They do not accept payment by visa or mastercard, although they claim they do. I still have a bill to pay, probably through bank transfer (on my account).2. No phones in the rooms. 3. Poor English spoken by the people |

The staff were verery freindly however they couldn't speak english.The breakfast was excellent one of the best continental ones I've seen. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean & tidy. I can only assume that it was the time of year of my stay but there was no resturant or bar open at the hotel. However there were plenty of places to eat within a short walk away from the hotel. |

I didn't use the pool nor the sauna, but they look new. Less than 10 min walk to Rathaus, about 20 min walk to the train station. It's not about the hotel: beware that the google map showing its location is wrong. The address on Booking.com is right, but it's located more at the intersection of J.-S.Bachstrasse, Kochstrasse and Marktstrasse. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, Raucherzimmer gibt es nicht, obwohl bei Ihnen so gebucht, Frühstück sehr gut, Schwimmbad o.k., Nur zum Übernachten und Frühstück, keine Bar, kein Restaurant |

die zentrale Lage zwischen Stadtmitte und Umgebung, Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichlich das EZ war sehr klein und die Ausstattung hätte besser sein können: Nachttisch incl. Leuchte fehlte, Leuchte auf Schreibtisch fehlte, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher nur "mittel" |

Es hat uns alles gut gefallen. Das Zimmer hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt ( Komfort, Größe, Ambiente, Schloßblick).Das Wellnessangebot war sehr geschmackvoll .Beim Frühstücksbuffet hat man viel Auswahl und alles war lecker, besonders der Kaffee (habe noch nirgends so guten getrunken) . Nein |

Das von uns bewohnte Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Wellness-Bereich, bestehend aus Innen-Pool, Dampfbad und Sauna im Außenbereich, ist zwar klein, aber sehr schön. Besonders das Vogelgezwitscher in der Sauna ist sehr entspannend. Das Frühstücksbüffet könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein |
