prostorné světlé místnosti, čistota, nové vybavení kuchyně, blízkost centra rezervovali jsme si předběžně za poplatek parkovací místo, ale všechna parkovací místa byla obsazená - dle info recepce a museli jsme hledat místo k parkování v nějaké z nejbližších ulic |

centrally located in trendy neighbourhood Prenzlauer Berg. apartments are well equipped and are very bright and roomy. Friendly helpful staff. Great deli downstairs to have breakfast or a light lunch. supermarket, bakeries and other shops around the corner. Public transport (tram and U-Bahn) only 300 mtrs away. |

helpful staff, well equipped and clean apartments, great location did not know there wasn't a lift. we are an older couple but were not offered option of lower floor apartment when booking which I imagine could have been possible as booked over 6 months ago. We were placed on 4th floor. |

Very clearn, big space. The placement is great surrounding by many restos, butiques. It was 1st floor, so prefered to be higher floor, so that we could use terrase for breakfast. |

It gave you a feeling you didn't stayed at the hotel but at the apartment of your own but still the hotel service was available. The location is excellent, good connections with U-bahn, trams etc. |

location, sightseeing, shopping we arranged over the internet a two bedroomed apartment. Unfortunately to walk through one bedroom to get to the other one is not suitable for many people. |

I liked the central location, room was of good size. Possibility to rent a bike downstairs is just fantastic as it is the best way to explore Berlin. Little canteen on the ground floor is cosy and nice. For this price, basic instant coffee and teabags could have been added. The cleaners were too noisy, unfortunately they started cleaning 9 am and were really loud moving hoovers, furniture etc. The check-out time was 11 am, but the cleaners started 'accidently' coming into my room from 9 am, I hoped for more privacy. |

Nice large appartment close to the centre of the city. Clean and confy. Floors are not very solid, so you hear people upstairs walking. Saturday night - few parties outside, so considerable noise despite double glazing. |

The fact that is was near the centre,clean and comfortable! The central heating. They open it only when its really cold (for Germans)... But that was not so much a problem |

Schoenhouse Apartment is located closely to the Metro and nice places such as the Hackesche Höfe and Alexanderplatz. The personnel is very friendly and the room clean and quite large. A good proportion of quality and price. |

The nice facilities, the modernity and the size of the room, the proximity to the underground station, kindness of the hotel staff. Excellent quality in general. That although windows were sound-proof the door of our room was not and noise could be heard from the corridor many times. But it was not so big problem actually. |

Very friendly personnel. Nice atmosphere, quiet. Nice restaurants and clubs in the neighbourhood. Cheap breakfast available at the reception. Towels should be changed more often. |

The apartments are amazing value for money. We went as a large group, but I'd strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin. They are well decorated, smart, modern and extremely comfortable. I can't imagine there is a better place to stay than this for the same price. |
