Schoenhouse Apartments

The appartemnt was in a nice quiet spot and had a nice outside area for my son to play in without the worry of finding somewhere to amuse him all day long.

I was upset and very angry I was given a travel cot on the first night which had a large hole in one end which my son fell out of and banged his head and refused to sleep alone for the rest of the holiday, this was a health and saftey issue that I should have been compensated for and was not!

The apartment exceeded the expectations of both me and my friends - for the price we paid, we expected less than we got. We had a fantastic apartment, well decorated and well equiped. We have paid more money for lower standard places! The only problem with writing such a review means that it will not be our secret any more!

The apartment was beautifully clean, quiet, well-equipped and well designed with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. For the price it's much better value than a hotel. It's 2 minutes from the UBahn and 10 minutes' walk to Alexanderplatz. Perfect for holiday or business.

Those are nice placed apartements a few steps away of public transport, which is exclelent.

It was cold in the apartment couple of nights and the floor is quite noisy when you walk.

Apartments are well equipped

Breakfast is horrible - better eat outside.

Excellently equipped apartment, very close to U bahn station, easy walking access to many sights of Berlin. Helpful staff. Highly recommended, being one of the best places we stayed on a lengthy trip through Northern Europe.

Perhaps too many stairs.

Location. Location. Location. Good bed, good kitchen, good everything, but would rather have stayed on ground or first floor.

No view, no balcony (my fellow smoker had to climb quite a lot of stairs), even one might think so, judged on the photos and the available rooms / room type when booking. Also no elevator and 4 steep stairs to go.

Rooms exactly as pictured, nice cafe downstairs, roomy and very clean, great light, nice neighborhood.

Perfect location and really nice design of the appartment . Totally fitting with family requirements to visit Berlin . To be noticed , the possibility to rent bike and to manage a very late arrival .

The location was excellent. Access to all of the sights in Berlin. Good for walking everywhere. Good organic supermarkets as well as standard supermarkets across the road

Would have liked to get a change of towels half way through the week long stay. But otherwise, not a thing to be unhappy about.

A very quiet, big and clean appartment on a perfect location where one feels immediately at home.

Minor detail: with a one week stay the towels should be changed at least once.

The appartment was very efficient with plenty of space to put away all of your things/clothes etc. All the essentiels were there. The wonderful deli was absolutely great and had really good food for a great price.

The stairs so next time I need to explicitely ask for a room with elevator or a lower floor.
