The apartment exceeded the expectations of both me and my friends - for the price we paid, we expected less than we got. We had a fantastic apartment, well decorated and well equiped. We have paid more money for lower standard places! The only problem with writing such a review means that it will not be our secret any more! |

The apartment was beautifully clean, quiet, well-equipped and well designed with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. For the price it's much better value than a hotel. It's 2 minutes from the UBahn and 10 minutes' walk to Alexanderplatz. Perfect for holiday or business. |

Those are nice placed apartements a few steps away of public transport, which is exclelent. It was cold in the apartment couple of nights and the floor is quite noisy when you walk. |

Excellent service. The cafe which is part of the apartments and by reception is very useful. It serves an excellent range of breakfasts. Very spacious studio apartment. Much more room than a hotel. The only problem we had was with the internet access. The wifi didn't work in our apartment nor did the Ethernet adaptor which we were given as an alternative. And one of our party was an IT/internet guru. The wifi worked well in the cafe. |

The staff was extremely helpful. The interior design and artwork in our apartment was superb!!! Dining information, city tour information, information about the services and facilities available at Schoenhouse Apartments, responses to special requests (reserving taxis) etc. was readily available to us throughout our stay. Our stay at Schoenhouse Apartments was beyond our expectations. Nothing!!! Everything was excellent!!! |

Excellently equipped apartment, very close to U bahn station, easy walking access to many sights of Berlin. Helpful staff. Highly recommended, being one of the best places we stayed on a lengthy trip through Northern Europe. Perhaps too many stairs. |

Location. Location. Location. Good bed, good kitchen, good everything, but would rather have stayed on ground or first floor. No view, no balcony (my fellow smoker had to climb quite a lot of stairs), even one might think so, judged on the photos and the available rooms / room type when booking. Also no elevator and 4 steep stairs to go. |

Perfect location and really nice design of the appartment . Totally fitting with family requirements to visit Berlin . To be noticed , the possibility to rent bike and to manage a very late arrival . |

The position of the hotel in trendy Prenslauerberg and at the same time in short distance of the city center of Berlin. The possibility of renting bicycles. The relative silence of the apartments in the green court. The breakfastservice in the hotel and the nearness of many restaurants. The businesslike approach of the reception |

The location was excellent. Access to all of the sights in Berlin. Good for walking everywhere. Good organic supermarkets as well as standard supermarkets across the road Would have liked to get a change of towels half way through the week long stay. But otherwise, not a thing to be unhappy about. |

The apartments were in a great area. The Cafe attached to the apartment made the most amazing Gnocchi. I high,y recommend eating here. It's very inexpensive. |

This is really an apartment complex, not a hotel. So it did not have hotel amenities or an all-night staff at the front desk. But the apartments were grand, spacious, and extremely well located in Berlin. We could relax and spread out. As above, it did not have the regular hotel amenities like front desk, restaurant, concierge, etc. |

The appartment was very efficient with plenty of space to put away all of your things/clothes etc. All the essentiels were there. The wonderful deli was absolutely great and had really good food for a great price. The stairs so next time I need to explicitely ask for a room with elevator or a lower floor. |
