It was a convenient overnight stop prior to taking an early morning flight from the local airport. As such it served very well. It might serve less well for an extended stay as facilities are very basic. |

Central location in Friedrichshafen, close to shops and the ferries across Lake Constance. Staff friendly and helpful. Poor quality breakfasts, with little choice. |

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The room was in good order and clean and the towels were changed daily. The food in the Athena restaurant was excellent. There were no facilities for making tea/coffee in the room, although this may be a British thing. |

The central position of the hotel positioned close to the railway station, the harbour and the town centre made it a very convenient place to stay. The hotel itself is a bit run down fabric-wise, but the staff are friendly. The breakfasts were a bit lacking in choice and quantity, but were sufficient. |

Hotel was chosen for its location beside Lake Konstance, other than location the hotel was very disappointing. Stairs carpet was filthy, room facilities were minimal, breakfast was minimal. On checking out VISA could not be accepted. |

The staff greated us right away and offered to help with the luggage. They had great parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. |

Nothing was too much trouble, over the week we asked for and got, extra pillows, hairdryer, ice, phone charger and even scales to weigh luggage for flying home. No front rooms overlooking lake. |

Location to the lake was ideal, walking distance to all the major attractions within the town and the staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to the airport and train station with regular ferries across the lake. If staying for a long time breakfast could get repetitive as it was the same every day. Also with no bar, you could only have a drink at the hotel when the restaurant was open. |

Central location. Only few meters walk to local town and lake. Would like wi fi in the room and more choice at breakfast. But taking the price into account of the room I am not complaining. |

Good sized, clean room in a good location near to railway station, lakeside promenade and steamers to other towns on Bodensee and beyond. Staff were helpful in providing extra pillows when asked The breakfast was poor |

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Free parking. The breakfast was quite small. The lady at the reception did not speak English. The lock on our room door was old and difficult to operate. |

The central location of the hotel to all of the amenities on the lake in addition to car parking on site. Not been informed of an issue with their credit card facility before I arrived. |
