Elevator noise

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Easy to get to with public transportation.

The staff was friendly and it was a co venient location.

The rooms all face a busy street and it is quite noisy. Because of the noise one can not sleep with the window open.

Excellent location, Apartment in an impressive state. Staff very helpful when electricity failed.

Electricity failed and we were left without a shower, but the staff moved us to another, even better apartment, so this is not a complaint.

Easy access by either car or underground to all areas.

Altho' the apt was very clean we feel a few points need to be raised. *No comfortable seating which is needed for tourists after a long day out. *Bed much too low. Difficult to get in and out.(Suggest a bed settee far more practical) *Kitchen needs toaster and microwave oven.

Highly Recommend!!! Great location for visiting Berlin, Apartment is big enough and has all Facilities you need. Friendly very helpful staff! Definitely come back and stay again!!!

it could be a be noisy during the night, because the Apartment just beside the main road.

Great parking area out the back (10 euro p/d). Lidl supermarket 300 metres down the road. Self Service laundry 10 minute walk away. Staff are great and point out all the sights on a map for you. Kitchen had enough equipment to cook a nice meal - just :-)

The elevator. Seriously. It sounded like turning off the tractor beam of the Death Star - every time someone hit the button. And it's so loud, you can hear it from the carpark!!!! Not nice when people come home at midnight. Plus we heard neighbors yelling through the walls.

The location is good for the tourists to go to famous place. It is close to the subway station.

There are some very strange and loud noise which is made by the elevator!!!!!

Good size, good location, very comfortable, nice ceiling to floor windows that open out when required.

Needs an english channel on the TV, as well as a small oven. The cook top restricts the things you can cook so as to avoid the smell through the room.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The apartment was great and the stuff very friendly. The centre is very easy to access and the place that the apartments are is great.

The elevator is a bit noisy but it's ok. The wifi connection is not so strong.

Good location. The room for the price given is acceptable and economic. It's a kind of normal living building transfer into commercial apartment for renting.

The main street in the front is a bit noisy. From time to time, the wireless is down.

The room was space and the flat clean. We arrive late around 11pm and it was okay for the room just to call. Quiet close from 3 different underground stations : spinerstrasse, kurfustendamn.

Bathroom and wc are on the same room. The noise of the elevator during all the night.

Very good location close to the underground and Zoo. Very warm and cosy apartments. Big TV set. Very pleasant manager at the reception.

The hotel is in a great place if you wish to stay in west Berlin, right beside the Ku'Damm avenue and near the zooligical garden station for buses and trains, from where you can reach any part of the city. The cost- benefit relation is great, since it is really a low budget hotel, but with great cleaness and services. It also has a small kitchen in the room, where you can cook your meals. Everything was really confortable, good beds, good towels, good bathroom, good tv. The guy who received us, Allain, is really sympathetic and answered to all our questions, helping us a lot during our stay. We could come and go from the building whenever we wanted, and although the reception isn't 24 hours, we could do the checkout even Allain wasn't there, since we would be able to simply leave the keys inside the apartment and shut the door behind us. I would definetly stay there again!

Just a minor thing, the WiFi signal wasn't available in our apartment (some problem with the router), but we could access the internet at the hotel lobby. No problem at all.

Internet was not working in our apartment and staff was not much help. Lift for the whole building makes noises while in operation our bathroom door was almost impossible to operate, beds in the main living room were also not very comfortable. All in all not a great place but just ok

Very good location( U-bahn is about 5 min walk, Kurfurstendamm/gedachtsnichkirche is 5 min.) clean room, nice bed. Not special, but very well priced for what you get.

As described in other reactions, it is true that the elevator is noisy. Mostly we are back at the end of the evening(when the elevator is barely used) so for us not an important thing, but it could be for others. The curtains are a little bit damaged and exist of 4 parts. Gives a cheap representation of the room.
