Only thing about this hotel is that it is near to the Dusseldorf central station and nothing more than that, since i had gone to the fair and due to the fair, the rates of the hotels are very high and for which i also had to pay extra ordinarily for the so so rooms, the rooms are clean and tidy, but they do not change the Bed linen daily the day i checked in and the day i checked out the Bed linens were the same.But bathing towels were changed daily in the toilet, paying 164 Euros for the room was to high even during the fair time.I liked the free bus and tram tickets concept. Very small restaurant and limited buffet breakfast spread is not worth the price you pay.

Much better single rooms than they appeared on the web site. Was impressed by just about everything there. Good breakfast, non-alcoholic drinks in room, bus and tram pass included. Very helpful staff. Can't really think of anything.

The servise was very good, Hotel staff was exchellent, also location was good. Also was very important that Hotel gave us free city tickets for 4 persons (we have two child). Brekfast was really exchellent! Every day is new drinks in minibar. Also we appreciated with block of the 3 rooms: one duble room for parents and two seperate rooms for our children in one block. In our room in bashroom were some hairs in the washing stand from the previous guests.

The free public transport card makes the hotel a very good deal. This transport voucher allows you free travel throughout the enitire Rhein- Ruhr area ("vrr preisstufe d"), which stretches out as far as Dortmund. Location is fine, main station is walking distance, Altstadt and main shopping area are easily reached by public transport. Rooms are clean and you won't leave hungry from breakfast. The hotel provides some low quality free amenities. The cheap chinese toothbrush won't help you to clean your teeth, but at least it won't hurt you. The shaving kit however will hurt you.

Very pleasant hotel with decent rooms and excellent breakfasts. Helpful and friendly staff. The bonus of a free travel pass was worth a lot to us on our stay travelling to Gelsenkirchen, Leverkusen and Weeze airport. Nice touch with free soft drinks in the minibar. Great value for money. The only down side was that as a non-smoker my room smelt of smoke and was/is clearly used as a smoking room at times.

The staff were very attentive, the breakfast a very good selection and overall a very comfortable stay in a good sized room. The selection of free (non-alcohol) cool drinks in the minibar is just what you need after a day out. Don't expect boutique hotel, or up to the minute decoration and you#ll have a good time - The carpet patterns are from the 70's (maybe it was a whole retro fit that I kind of missed - he he) but they are good quality, clean and not threadbare, unlike many hotels you go into in England! Overall you just get a cosy lived in feel, and all needs are met :-)

Удобное месторасположение, очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, ежедневно бесплатно бутылка минеральной воды, сока Гранини и Кока-колы. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое для гигиены (зубная щетка, паста, набор для бритья и т.д.). До центра 10 мин пешком, до центрального вокзала тоже.

Остановились в этом отеле и совершенно об этом не пожалели. Удачное месторасположение и документ бесплатного проезда на городском транспорте очень порадовали.Уютные номера и удобные кровати. В ванной есть все: от геля до иголки с нитками. Бесплатный мини бар пополняется ежедневно. Завтраки, интерьер столовой и обслуживание выше всяких похвал. Всем рекомендуем. Возможно, хотя бы один русский ТВ канал.

хороший отель для путешествия по европе. рядом железнодорожный вокзал до центра пешком 10 минут. отличные завтраки, мини-бар с безалкогольными напитками наполняют ежедневно.в ванной все необходимое ,вплоть до шапочки для душа. рекомендую для путешественников

Das Hotel Schumacher liegt sehr zentral, nur 12 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und wir haben kostenlos Tickets fuer die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel im gesamten vrr fuer jeden Tag bekommen - absolut super! Das Fruehstueck hat gut geschmeckt und war reichhaltig! Auf dem Zimmer standen jeden Tag kostenlos verschiedene Softdrinks (Wasser, O-Saft, Cola) im Kuehlschrank - guter Service! Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal - danke fuer einen schönen Aufenthalt in Duesseldorf!!!
