Rilano 24/7 Hotel München  

Location was okay, staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar and breakfast.

Free internet only for one day, after that you have to pay quite a high fee per hour or day. A bit of a walk from the station, however only 10mins by train from Marienplatz.

The fist day of the cleaning room service, privat articles is missing, it is very poor for feeling.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous and assisted us very professionally at all times. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is very well maintained and clean also.

There are no double beds in the hotel at all-just two singles put together, with only one very flat pillow. Unfortunately as it is in the business district the views from our room on the 4th floor south facing was not of the mountains as decribed in the advert, but of a factory and office block. The distance from the nearest U-bahn sation,(Alte Heide) was described as 500m- it is at least a kilometer, 10-15 minutes walk with a suitcase! However there is a frequent bus service,every 10-15 mins,(number 50) right outside the hotel which drops you off just around the corner from the U-bahn station.The hotel is quite expensive at the bar,(3.80 Euro) for a coffee! There is not much in the immediate vacinity of the hotel, however a couple of stops down on the u6 towards Munich will bring you to Munchener Freiheit station in the middle of Schwabing, quite a few restaurants and bars around there. I would recommend the hotel puerly on price and cleanliness.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice, clean and just 10 min by walk from the underground station. Breakfast was very good

The hotel it self was really nice, but through out our stay we had no heating in the room and after complaining 5 times they brought up extra blankets as it was cold during night time. They did not try to fix the heating for us at all and did not come up to the room to see if something could be done either. The location of the hotel was great, you can get the subway to the city centre quickly.

The Staff was exceptionally helpful. The location was great, the place has a very run well feel. The grocery and other stores a few feet away was a big plus.

Beautiful hotel with nice and quiet rooms. 15 Minuts to U-Bahn Alte Heide, from there 10 minutes drive to the Munich exhibition Centre. Good choise for reasonable price.

It was good value choice. It has all what you need if u want to visit the city. In 10 minutes in the centre with the underground, supermarket and bakery close to the hotel.

Tthe pressure of the shower was quite weak, and the temperature of the water was not constant.

Price and Room.

There are not wi-fi in the room. Old elevator and not too close to the subway station.

The room was very clean and provided all the services and utilities you would require during a stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located very close to the Munich city center. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the subway, and from there, a 5 minute subway ride. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

No minibar in a room. Staff at reception is not friendly.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. If you wanted to get anything printed from the Internet, you had to email it to reception for them to print for you. There should be an Internet cafe setup with 2 P.c's and a printer, rather than having to use the Internet through your room tv
