Amongst green fields, embedded in a widespread hiking area close to the 200-year-old spa gardens, lies the Hotel Schwallenhof in an idyllic and peaceful location, on a former farm. The barn was transformed into restaurants, while the stables became comfortable guest rooms decorated in a cottage house style, all individually and tastefully furnished. De vriendelijkheid en de attentheid van het personeel. De geweldige keuken. Er werd meegedacht over het arrangement. Niets is tegengevallen;. Zelfs het weer was prachtig.

Ruhe und gemütlichkeit, und man konnte das Schwimmbad benutzen ohne das es von vielen Menschen benutzt wurde. Ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, dass keine Wünsche offen ließ. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden

Wij hadden hp. Je kiest bij het ontbijt het menu voor het diner en dat was uitstekend en niet duur (ongeveer € 20 voor 3 gangen). Klein maar mooi en schoon zwembad. Prachtige omgeving. Het plaatje Bad Driburg zelf is niet erg interessant, (maar in de omgeving zijn vele pittoreske stadjes en mooie bezienswaardigheden).

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Diese Aussage betrifft sowohl das Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, als auch das gesamte Ambiente des Hauses. Das Restaurant hat uns mit hoher Kochkunst verwöhnt, das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen erneuten Aufenthalt evtl. im kommenden Frühjahr ist der Schwallenhof bereits vorgemerkt.

Alleraardigste ontvangst en de gastvrijheid en service waren hartverwarmend. In een dergelijk hotel verwacht je op de kamer - zeker als het Comfort is - dat er op de kamer een minibar of koffie/thee setje is.

Das Motto des Hotels ist: "erfreulich freundlich" und genau dies ist der Fall. Man fühlt sich jederzeit gut augegoben und willkommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent und immer für ein Gespräch gut, so wundert es auch nicht, dass an alles gedacht wird und man der Kategorie entschprechend sehr gut untergebracht ist.

Het hotel wordt professioneel geleid en ademt niettemin een persoonlijke atmosfeer uit. De maaltijden waren uitstekend klaargemaakt maar hadden toch een sfeer van huiselijkheid. Het ontbijtbuffet was eenvoudig maar bood ondertussen alles wat je kunt verlangen. Het hotel ligt rustig maar is goed bereikbaar. De omgeving is bijzonder mooi; kastelen kerken en kloosters, stadjes en dorpen in overvloed, het landschap verrassend. Vlak in de buurt van het hotel lag de Gräfliche Park en dat alleen al was een schitterende ervaring Het eten was er niet duur, maar de prijs voor een glas wijn was behoorlijk hoog. Als men aan komt rijden moet men zich wel van te voren goed georiënteerd hebben waar het hotel is gelegen; een plattegrond van de stad met afrit van de snelweg zou dienstig zijn geweest. Vooral omdat het een hotel is dat vrijwel alleen per auto of fiets bereikbaar is. Het zou een eenvoudige moeite zijn om een dergelijke plattegrond of routebeschrijving aan de reserveringsbevestiging toe te voegen.

Ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches, engagiertes und kompetentes Personal. Vom Parkplatz über das Internet bis zum Frühstück alles bestens, keine Probleme und keine weiteren Gebühren. Angenehmes ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon und ein feines Restaurant. Durchaus empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlt, und ausgesprochen freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Das Essen ist extrem gut.

Mooie ligging, uitstekend eten, prachtig welness-complex, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Grote wandelroute begint vlakbij het hotel. Tafeltennistafel was kapot.
