Had a really good evening meal. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Safe underground garage. Handy to be just out of town.

Great service, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. It is actually not really a 4 stars hotel at my opinion, but it is a very good hotel for the price.

You need to ask the reception for a new password for wifi every 8 hours, and encode a username and password each time. If you are logged out after a while you also need to reencode the username and password. This is not convinient. You also only get one access per room!?

Breakfast buffet was not refilled in time and quite poor for a 4 star hotel. Parking in the garage costs extra.

Everythings is OK. But the big problem is wifi signal is very poor in my room that i stay. If you can improve this point, it's will be perfect.

The ventilation in the restaurant could be better. The oil smell spreads to the hotel part, but not the rooms.

We liked this hotel very much. We left our car there and took public transport in to Freiburg. Very convenient!

The staff were plesant.

Much too far from Freiburg (30mins at least) if using public transport. Not mentioned in Hotel literature. Room although clean and spacious increadibly hot and stuffy, very uncomfotable to sleep.Breakfast was appalling. None of the food was covered, flies crawling over everything. Cheese board not changed throughout our stay, We have been to Germany many times and will continue as it is a fab place. There are no facilities worth talking about. Hated it.

Easy access to Freiburg, parking and wifi free

far away from city center, very small room, slow internet, no elevator for upper rooms. never come back

Rooms were very spacious, The cleaning stuff were excellent.

No A/C or fans in rooms, no tea/ coffee facilities in the room, no mini bar, no multi-lingual instructions. When purchase of soft drink was requested from hotel's restaurant to take back to room, initial response was that no drinks were to be taken back to room. A small bottle said initially to cost €10 was later charged at €3. What an inconvenience when there is nowhere else to buy a drink. Especially when traveling with a family of 6. No interconnecting rooms made available for a family of 6 even though two rooms which could have slept all were right next to each other. These rooms were booked way ahead of time and could easily been made available.

It was billed as a 4 star hotel, but acted more like 2.5 star hotel. Desk service was not friendly.

It was clean and the hotel breakfast was good and extensive. The staff was available for our late checkin which was nice of them. They let us go right to our rooms to sleep and take care of the bill in the morning.

The hotel is dated and hardly a four star hotel anymore. But it is clean and the rooms were roomy.

C'est la troisième fois que nous venons à cet hôtel, je pense que celui-ci aurait besoin d'un relooking, peinture, mobilier, hall d'accueil, terrasse, et son mobilier, cet hôtel est veillissant c'est bien dommage, les petits déjeuner ont perdus en qualité, quatre étoiles?
