Tyler Young couple APO, United States of America June 19, 2012	Very friendly staff. The restaurant has great food for a decent price. The location, while seemingly remote, worked in our favor as it was central to all the locations we visited in the Black Forest. Admission to the park for "free" (if you're a hotel guest) was a nice surprise and the park is fairly interesting, with a few rides as well. The pool closes at 7:00pm. This may be a typical European custom, I'm not sure, but 7:00pm was far too early for my group of friends. We would spend all day traveling around the Black Forest and it would've been nice to swim until at least 9:00pm or 10:00pm. The hotel is showing it's age in some places but remains very clean and well kept. The pillows in the room were very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep as they offered no support for your head. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you?	7.1

Auf dem Zimmer sind keinerlei Hotelinformationen aber dafür überteuerte wellnessangebote was in keinem Verhältnis zum Frühstücksangebot zu vergleichen war.Von Schwarzwaldprodukten war nichts auf dem lieblosen Frühstück zu sehen.Als Ersatz halt Industriewurst sowie Käse,......? Eine Speisekarte(3 Wahlessen,z.b.Lasannce) ist garnicht erst vorhanden und somit haben wir gut im Ort zum Abendessen.Ich hatte im Vorfeld mit der Geschäftsführerin telefonisch ein netten Zimmerempfang als Geburtstagsüberraschung abgesprochen.Es kam nichts. Bei der Abreise haben wir dies alles offen gelegt.Vielleicht fruchtet es ja.Wir reisen sehr oft an Wochenenden in den Schwarzwald,wie in Pensionen die einem Hotel gleichen. Karin Family with older children Metzerlen, Switzerland August 5, 2012	Die ruhige Lage direkt am Park hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr kinder- und hundefreundlich. Den Kindern hat besonders das Hallenbad gut gefallen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben eine ruhige Nacht verbracht. Gemütlich ist es, einen Aperitiv in dem "Biergarten" vor dem Haus zu nehmen. Man kann vom Hotel aus wunderbare Spaziergänge in der Umgebung unternehmen und auch ein Freibad ist 200m vom Hotel entfernt verfügbar. Wir kommen wieder! Auch bei nasskaltem Wetter lockt die Indoorhalle zum Spielen und verweilen. Ich würde ein Mischkonzept zwischen Jugendherrberge (für kinderreiche Familien) und einfachem Gasthof begrüssen.
