Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 20,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .

Tv was not working, shampoo was empty - we called the reception and instead of a new shampoo they brought as a shower gel. The employees seemed to be helpless. |

Room had dirty stains on floor, no coffee at coffee machine, no minibar ( for the price, unacceptable), room full of flies, television channels selection poor, worst pizza and nachos snacks I have received in world. Rude, unhelpful staff who insisted on charging me for breakfast even though I didn't want it so I paid 16 Euro for a breakfast which I didn't have. No customers service at all. Prices very high. Diabolical hotel! |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and price was very affordable. Breakfast buffet was slow in keeping an adequet amount of hot food available for all of the guests. There were not enough towels in the room for 2 people. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the shuttlebus, the proximity to the airport, the rate and, of course, the food. I found the shower surface very slippery and had to use a towel on the shower floor to prevent an accident. Perhaps a bath mat would be a good idea. |

I enjoyed walking around the lovely little village of Schwaig and had a good relaxing dinner at the hotel and a very nice breakfast in the morning (the breakfast was included in the hotel price). The only thing that bothered me was that I would have liked to know ahead of time that the bus transport to and from the airport was not included in the price of the hotel and it was not clearly stated how much it was. When I paid the bill in the morning the person at the counter did not tell me until I questioned her what the extra amount was for. |

Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen und eines Zimmer in Richtung der landenden Flugzeuge, keine Lärmbelästigung während de Nacht. - Verwechslung mit einem anderen Zimmer und Weckruf (nicht bestellt) um !!!! 5:35 Uhr... - bei 143,10€ Zimmerpreis für zwei Pers., kein Frühstück enthalten !!! Nicht mal ein Kaffee!!! - Shuttle-Service zum Airport kostet extra!!! - Geträncke-Voucher wurde beim Abendessen "vergessen" anzurechnen... - Wartezeit im Restaurant am Freitag zum Spaghetti-Essen, jeweils eine halbe Stunde zwischen dem nächsten Teller ... geht gar nicht!!!! - Zimmer für 2 Pers. gebucht, Handtücher lagen im Schrank... musste man suchen! - Keine zusätzliche Wolldecke im Schranck, bei den dünnen Decken habe ich gefroren. Habe mir "leider" vorher keine Hotelbewertung angesehen... zur ü-nächsten Frage. |
