Closeness to airport

The room and staff are great and the price was right!

Shuttle from Munich Airport to Hotel could be better. I had to call twice and wait for an hour.

- The best was the bus airport service for free. In our case, we chosen this hotel because it was close from the airport, due to our flight was next tomorrow morning. - The hotel is nice, room was big and not smell.

- Is not good hotel in case that you want to travel to Munich centrum for tourism. In this case you have to take bus airport service from the hotel (10 minutes) and to take the train to go to the centrum (40 minutes). - In the close area around the hotel there is not public transport (Note the bus airport service is from 5 am until 23).

Everything just excellent. Staff so nice. German clean and efficiancy.

The room was spacious, comfy & clean. The en suite bathroom was clean. The hotel was warm.

Extremely quiet room. Very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Very close to airport while feeling small village atmosphere.

No exercise room, which did not bother me but might be good for others to realize.

Everything! This is an amazing hotel virtually next door to MUC. Room was clean, cozy, quiet and perfect. Would stay here again, and again.

Convenient airport hotel

Expensive - but all airport hotels tend to be.Breakfast was a bit basic

We were close to the Munich airport and they have a shuttle which we needed at 4:30am. The heated floor in the bathroom was terrific. Decor is very modern and we liked it.

This is clearly a hotel aimed at the business traveller on an expense account. We paid a high premium for proximity to the airport, which we were willing to do because we had to be at the airport so very early. Everything costs extra--breakfast is not included, coffee set up in the lobby instructs you to pay first, you pay fo the shuttle ride, pay for wi-fi connection. Pay-for-TV channels are mixed in with regular free channels so as we were scrolling thru the channels to see what we had, we were treated to 2 porno channels. Fortunately no children were in the room. Location is fairly isolated. We were there Saturday and Sunday nights. Saturday, there were 2 apparent options for dinner--their restaurant and an Italian restaurant down the street. (There is a Sheraton hotel a couple of blocks away but the posted menu for their restaurant didn't include the prices; we thought that was a bad sign.) On Sunday, only one choice--the Italian restaurant down the stree--as their restaurant doesn't serve dinner on Sundays. Although the rest of the room and the facility appeared very clean, I was surprised to see a lot of red and black mold in the shower.

Our Hotel room looked modern and was very practical. Close to the Airport. Nice breakfast buffet. Hotel staff helped fix our complaints as fast as they could.

Our Air conditioning had been turned off so we could not regulate the temperature in our room. The tv did not work the first day (stuck on 1 channel) It was fixed the following day. The restaurant offers a small menu that looks unappealing and unappetizing. In front of the entrance they need to fix the stone slabs as they are out of place in many places. The furniture outside is ruined.

Close to the airport, and offering transportation. Parking available. Godd service: we had a problem openig the safe in our room and the personnel at the desk came immediatly to help us.

Somewhat expensive probably on account of Oktober Fest. Charge for yhe parking, transportation to the airport, However, we did not complain to much about these because it was the only hotel with room available.

They charge internet and very high. Free internet is mandatory in any hotel, even those cheaper. The tv has awful image and also charge for essential channels.

Ease of getting to the airport for an early flight

Difficulty of getting into the city. Their web site exaggerated how easy it would be. Involved waiting for a bus for up to half and hour, and then a 45 min train ride.

It was close to the airport and very much like an U.S. hotel, with 'real' air conditioning.

Nothing, Oh, the only thing I could say is we had trouble finding it with our German gps.

The thing I must like was that it's near the airport and has a transfer to it every half hour.

Price was very high due to a solar industry conference.

- Good location, near to the airport but set in a little village so you didn't feel on the airport. - Clean comfortable room with good facilities - Overall, staff helpful and efficient although credit card charged upon booking rather than arrival

- Restaurant / Bar service somewhat haphazard. Fortunately found a nice little Italian restaurant 5 minutes walk away - 9EUR charge each way for shuttle from the airport is a little steep bearing in mind it is an airport hotel - Charge for wi-fi i hotel
