Good sized room with balcony. Good breakfast. Restaurant closed in the evening although you can walk to another restaurant nearby. Stairs are steep over two floors, lift is at the back of the building not directly accessible from reception |

Our quad room/suite fronted a main road-motorway type.The carpets are filthy and need to be removed and burned.There was no restaurant facility when we arrived-around 7pm and the whole place needs refurbishment.The photos you use are of the front of the hotel at night-what you dont see is the motorway/dual carriageway with all night traffic passing by this lovely photo. |

Large, clean rooms. Excellent staff. It is in industrial area, it consists of several annexed buildings. Our room on the second or the fourth floor (depends what entrence one uses) was overlooking the roof of a tennis/squash/bedminton complex. |

We liked the apartment style family rooms. The breakfast was wonderful and it was nice that it was included in the price. Also parking was easy, free and accessible. It was not too far from Aachen but a bit of a drive. It was helpful that the staff gave us some good maps when I asked so we were easily able to navigate in with our car. |

Even though the main restaurant was closed, a varied menu was available and a good evening meal was served in the more informal brasserie. Contemporary design sets it apart from "holiday inn" type hotels in this budget range No tea or coffee making facilities in room so take your own kettle. However an Aldi and Lidl supermarket within 2 minutes walk for you to buy milk and coffee !! |

Redelijk rustig gelegen,niet ver verwijdert van het winkelcentrum van Aken. Zeer ruime familiesuite. Zelfs het hotelpersoneel had onmiddelijk begrepen dat wij wilden rusten en genieten van het samenzijn met het gezin en weg van de stress. |

De kamer was zeer ruim en netjes, alle voorzieningen waren er. Zeer stil in haus 2 niettegenstaande er ook een restaurant in dit gedeelte gevestig was. De afstand tussen de verschillende blokken haus 1, haus 2 vondt ik nogal onprettig, vanuit haus 2 moest je ook naar buiten (regen) om naar de receptie en ontbijtzaal te gaan |
