Location: next door to the Festspielhaus. The Festspielhaus has an underground parking (eur 10 per day). Close to the centre. Room is big and décor is nice. Smoking rooms available! Good internet connection Cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff

Hotel reception is open only up to 22hrs German speaking tv stations only Curtains do not keep out light from room (light wakes you up in the morning)

The location was a hidden surpirse, as it was much better than expected. The single room was very large, immacutely clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast offered a large variety, healthy and fresh. And, the location was only a 10-minute walk to the spas and fabulous shopping areas, plus it is across the street from the performance hall (I attended a symphony there!). For the price, this was a gem. This hotel seems very much like a Bed & Breakfast. I definitely will return!

We missed our connection to Baden Baden because our train arrived late. When we arrived at the hotel there was a note telling us where to get our key. We had a wonderful taxi driver who helped us so much. The room was a little hard to find but we managed. The room was charming. The next morning the desk clerk helped us a lot. He told us what would be nice to visit and how to find all the transportation. He even let us leave our luggage in his office while we toured the city. It was very nice.

The front desk closes too early.

Missing a proper lobby. Not having any single International TV news chanel in English-this is a real problem/disadvantage for many tourists like myself

The hotel staff was very accomodating. Anything I needed, they supplied as getting me a wash cloth which most hotels don't supply. They were good in telling me where I could get a bus to various places. The breakfast buffets were fantastic. You were able to get so many items for breakfast that it wasn't necessary to eat lunch. The staff was really great in the dining room and at the front desk.

The toilet paper was very hard and irritating. Also that I had to ask for wash cloths and I only got one.

отель удобно расположен чуть не доезжая до центра, на выходных можно парковать машину прямо у отеля бесплатно. номер очень чистый, бутылка воды в подарок, персонал приветливый, завтраки хорошие.

в моем номере вай-фай работал очень нестабильно. нет мини-бара.

Gute Lage, gute Bewertung von den anderen Kunden.

Obwohl ich ein nicht ruacher Zimmer haben wollte, habe ich eins bekommen, das sich im Dachgeschoss befand und voll verraucht war. Nach kurzer Nachfrage an der Rezeption habe ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, das neben dem Fahrstuhl gewesen war, so dass man nachts nicht schlafen kann, und ungefaehr 8 qm, dafuer aber nicht Raucher. Das Fruehstuck war sehr mager gewesen, kein warmes Essen.

Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer Nr.34 ist extrem klein -offensichtlich wurde Im Nachhinein eine Dusche sowie Toilette im Raum integriert Das Zimmer ist maximal für eine einzige Nacht geeignet!

L'albergo è facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada, seguendo le indicazioni per Baden-Baden e poi per il Festspielhaus (teatro) si arriva proprio dall'albergo che si trova praticamente affianco al teatro. Il parcheggio si trova accanto al teatro ed è a pagamento - tuttavia davanti all'albergo c'è un piccolo parcheggio gratuito dopo le 18:00 e la domenica. Noi avevamo una bella stanza mansardata con un ottimo letto. Attenzione l'ascensore arriva al secondo piano - non al terzo piano mansardato.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett, wir konnten um 11 Uhr schon einchecken und unsere Koffer unterstellen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bad neu. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.

Standaard Hotel met Uitstekende ligging dicht bij het Centrum,ruime kamer die keurig is onderhouden.Prijs/Kwaliteit staat hier zeker in verhouding.
