Good location, very clean. Very nice and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Everything was really nice. The room was quite large and lovely. Breakfast was very good. Excellent location!

Parking was a little difficult to find as the lot in front was full.

Pleasant and comfortable 3-star hotel, no surprises. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of fresh fruit, meat, cheese, bread etc. It was quite easy to arrive by public transport. Although not absolutely in the centre of town it was only a very short walk to the city centre and the various sights and baths etc. I think the room prices are good value for Baden-Baden given that it is an expensive town.

It was great that there was free WI-FI available but in my room the signal was almost too weak to pick up.

Reception staff very efficient and helpful. Room large, comfortable and very clean. Good location - easy access to town. Would stay here again.

We missed our connection to Baden Baden because our train arrived late. When we arrived at the hotel there was a note telling us where to get our key. We had a wonderful taxi driver who helped us so much. The room was a little hard to find but we managed. The room was charming. The next morning the desk clerk helped us a lot. He told us what would be nice to visit and how to find all the transportation. He even let us leave our luggage in his office while we toured the city. It was very nice.

The front desk closes too early.

A hotel with some character. Very welcoming. Good buffet breakfast.

The staff were very accomodating when we needed to have breakfast served before the usual time so that we could catch our train. Very friendly.

Missing a proper lobby. Not having any single International TV news chanel in English-this is a real problem/disadvantage for many tourists like myself

The hotel staff was very accomodating. Anything I needed, they supplied as getting me a wash cloth which most hotels don't supply. They were good in telling me where I could get a bus to various places. The breakfast buffets were fantastic. You were able to get so many items for breakfast that it wasn't necessary to eat lunch. The staff was really great in the dining room and at the front desk.

The toilet paper was very hard and irritating. Also that I had to ask for wash cloths and I only got one.

Ich bin schon seit Jahren Gast in diesem Hotel, oft auch mit Freunden - immer wenn ein Besuch des Festspielhauses anstand und ansteht. Die Nähe zum Konzerthaus ist unübertroffen. Aber auch bei einem Besuch im Kurhaus oder nur der Stadt Baden-Baden wählen wir dieses Hotel. Bisher haben sich alle mitgereisten Begleiter und Freunde/Familie hier wohl gefühlt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Pour avoir choisi le chambre "Confort", l'espace salon était quasi inexistant, voir très étroit. Cela est, toutefois, sans grande importance.
