Location is fantastic - at central square just near Cathedral. Restaurant next door is also excellent WiFi is organized in terrible way. Hot-spot is "seen" in rooms, but actual access to Internet is only at the lobby. And you have to register at same site and wait while they will send your password to your mobile to get online access

wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Das Frühstück war prima. Es gab nichts zu meckern. Es hat mich irritiert, dass beim check in keine Schlüsselkarte ausgehändigt wurde. Jeder Passant hätte unseren Schlüssel bekommen, wenn er die Zimmernummer gesagt hätte, da auch das Personal an der Rezeption während unseres Aufenthaltes gewechselt hat. Bin da vorsichtig, weil ich weiß, was alles passieren kann, da ich selbst in einem Hotel arbeite. Der Rauchmelder in Zi. 215 muss auch wieder angebracht werden.

Über die Lüftungsanlage im Bad wurden die Küchengerüche der angrenzenden Pizzeria im Zimmer verteilt - da das Zimmer sehr wahrscheinlich lange nicht genutzt wurde, war es notwendig das Zimmer ausgiebig zu lüften. Man hatte aber das Gefühl der Geruch hängt überall (Gardinen, Tapeten...) und ein erneutes Einsetzen der Lüftung durch die Benutzung des Bades brachte neuen Nachschub des Küchengeruchs !!!!

駅から徒歩5分くらい離れるけど、街の観光にはバッチリのロケーション。窓からNeuer Marktが見下ろせた。ホテルスタッフもとても親切にネット接続を手伝ってくれた。アメニティも充実。 エレベーターがあると嬉しい。

Das Hotet hat nach der Beschreibung 2 Sterne, ginge aber auch als 3 Sterne Haus durch. Die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt, die Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit, die Freudlichkeit des Personals war überzeugend. Aber absolut überragend ( für ein 2 Sterne Hotel ) ist das Frühstücksbuffet ( für 8 € ein Spitzenpreis für ein Spitzenfrühstück!).

Der er en meget hyggelig atmosfære. Selv om vi ikke var de eneste der var der, følte vi stadig at der var overskud til den enkelte :o) hotellet vil helt klart være et vi vil anbefale, eller selv bruge en anden gang.

Personal freundlich, Service gut Fenster zum Hof ( Zi. 301 ) abends bis 24:00 besser nicht öffnen, da bis dann starke Küchengerüche eindringen. Das Uhrgeläut der Marienkirche 1/4 stdl. nächtens ist mehr als eine Zumutung und ein Grund, das Hotel nicht wieder zu buchen. s.u. Die Parkplatzsituation ist eigenwillig, auf die am Vorabend von Markttagen plötzlich aufgestellten Halteverbotschilder in einigen Bereichen des Marktplatzes sollte das Personal des Hotelempfangs hinweisen.

Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die Lage ist sehr zentral, schöner Frühstücksraum und Buffet. Geräumige Zimmer in denen man sich auch gut aufhalten konnte. Unser Zimmer war zwar "Grundsauber", aber ein paar kleinere Sachen waren nicht so schön, wie Z.B. alte Haare im Bad vom Vorbewohner, löcherige Bettbezüge und Laken (aber sauber) und abgenutzte und Z.T. an den Rändern zerfetzte Handtücher (auch sauber). Alles in allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt in unserem Zimmer.

Das Angebot zum Frühstück war ganz toll, wir haben solches Frühstück im Umfang und Qualität noch nicht erlebt. Schade, dass es abends kein Essen im Hotel gab. Das Essen im Nebenhaus hat nicht voll unseren Erwartungen erfüllt. Es fehlte ein Abendrestaurant.
