Great location and friendly staff. Will be coming back.

Convenience to rail station and Leipzig city center. The hotel was attractively presented, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfasts good.

Room spacious enough for wheelchair guests, bathroom and toilet handicap friendly. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff. Not totally happy about our respective beds(had upgraded to a 'double' and got twins)and we were each moved without fuss.

Art Deco interior and luxurious finishes in rooms and reception and lifts!

Nothing - this hotel spoiled my whole trip

The hotel when I was checking out charged me the room rent even when they already had the payment authority from the vendor (company) more then a month ago, they should have informed the vendor that the card is not authorising so the company could provide them a new card or call the bank to clear the transaction but the hotel staff did not call them. The staff was pathetic for providing the comfort to the guest. The never called the company who was supposed to pay for my trip they instantly took the payment from me.

This is a good value well-appointed hotel that reflects it's four-star rating. The decor is modern, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the appointments are fine. The hotel restaurant is expensive but flawless, wth excellent service.

The checkin was a bit abrupt for no apparent reason.

Great hotel, friendly staff, awesome location right in downtown Leipzig, just steps away from main train station, shopping, market place, historic buildings etc... Will be back!

Lay-out, design and cleam room.

With the breakfast, the choice was great, but badly enough a lot of conserved food. The quality is a bit behind the price.

No iron / ironing board in bedrooms! I don't like paying for a good quality hotel and have to queue to use the single ironing board down the corridor!! This fact alone will probably mean that I will not use this hotel again.

Excellent location - right outside the train station and a five minute walk into the heart of the city centre. Smart rooms, my 'single' was a very decent size. Friendly English-speaking staff

A little noisy at night because it's near the train station. Breakfast costs an amazing 16 euros - but you can always grab a bite from the swish outlets at the train station.

We expected the room to be larger compared to the price per night and the 4 stars of the hotel. But that's not really a point to complain about as everything was great though.

Rundum war Alles in Ordnung. Die Lage für einen Stadtbummel ist hervorragend.

Parkplatzsituation. Parkplätze können nur für kleinere und mitlere Fahrzeuge bereitgestellt werden. Fahrzeuge über 5m Länge müssen in der Bahnhofsgarage abgestellt werden. Ist für den Besitzer nicht so prickelnd.

Safe hat nicht funktioniert Duschenknopf umstellen beim duschen nicht möglich. nur im trockenen Zustand
