I enjoyed the location of the hotel, being so close to the underground. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had with regards to local amenities and transport. The room was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was the distance from Essen. Having said that, the transport system was typically very efficient so the location was only a minor issue. Time to Essen centre was approximately 8 minutes and was a very easy journey to make. |

Very helpful staff who went out of their way to help us, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Very close to Tube network so getting around is no problem. Good local bars |

kostenlose Parkplätze und Internet, Check out bis 12h, Sauberkeit,Bad und WC, bequeme Betten sehr kleiner,veralteter Fernseher; extreme Belästigung durch Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht lang; laut Personal angeblich Schallschutzfenster, was aber leider nicht stimmte, da man das Gefühl hat man liegt direkt neben der Straße; ohne Ohropax schlafen leider unmöglich; Preis-Leistungsverhältnis allein deshalb nicht in Ordnung: durch die enorme Lärmbelästigung ist das Zimmer nie und nimmer den verlangten Preis wert.Daher leider keine Weiterempfehlung möglich,obwohl Rest eigentlich sehr passabel! |

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Nähe zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station war total praktisch. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört echt jedes Auto. |

vriendelijk personeel, uiterst behulpzaam. Uitstekend verzorgd ontbijt, metro-halte zeer nabij ( 100 mtr ! ). Goede bedden, kussens waren minder.. Kussens niet geweldig ( te dun ) en vrij lawaaiïg op de kamer i.v.m. vrij drukke weg voor het hotel. |
