Breakfast was good and the environment pleasant. Spacious rooms as well as all the other areas too. Underground station within 100 meters. Beds were not very comfort and quality of sleep suffered from that.

Price, location = near metro station breakfast included internet connection Dutch speaking reception staff on day of checkout (sundaymorning 23rd october) The only realy big disapointment was the noise from the street as I had a room facing the front street and to a lesser degree the single bed. To a lesser degree: no bath internet connection was a bit slow

La posizione a due passi dalla Metro di Karlsplatz (linea 11) che ti porta in centro in 10 minuti Alle 22:00-22:30 la reception chiude e si rimane fuori !!! Nessuno ti avvisa di prendere la chiave e non c'è modo di entrare

Zakelijk hotel met eenvoudige kamers in buitenwijk, maar nabij metrostation richting centrum Essen. Geen parkeerproblemen. Weinig enthousiast personeel om je gast te laten zijn. Restaurant van hotel was gesloten (zondag), en restaurantvoorzieningen in de buurt is beperkt tot één.

Veraltetes Bad, Wasser unter der Duche sehr unregelmässig, plötzlich kalt und auf einmal wieder kochend heiß. Lautstärke am Fernsehgerät fast nicht regulierbar, liegt wahrscheinlich am Alter des Gerätes. Ich war im Zimmer 021 im Gästehaus. Das kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Personalet er altid hyggeligt. Morgenmaden er dejlig. Værelserne er altid I orden. Der er mange små spisesteder I nærheden Vi og vore venner har boet der 4 gange og vil gerne komme tilbage.

Sie könnten mit wenig Aufwand viel mehr Kundenorientierung erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr zufriedenstellend. - Dusch-Halterung kaputt. - Manchmal hörte ich Geräusche von der Heizung. - Das Zimmer war lieblos eingerichtet.

Einai dipla sto metro! το δωματιο δεν ηταν καλο για τα χρηματα που πληρωσαμε ! και απαραδεκτο το οτι δεσμευσαν ολο το ποσο απο την πιστωτικη καρτα και ενω φυγαμε νωριτερα και πληρωσαμε cash δεν το ξεδεσμευσαν και πρεπει να περιμενω 15 ημερες α π α ρ α δ ε κ τ ο ι

Das Hotel war wirklich gut. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist nich groß, aber sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Bei Qualität, Menge und Auswahl ist nichts zu beanstanden. Die Verkehrsanbindungen zur Veltins Arena o.k. Kommen gerne wieder. Schade, dass das Hotel nur Frühstück anbietet. Wir kamen am Nachmittag an und hätten gerne noch eine Tasse Kaffee getrunken. Leider im Hotel nicht möglich.

Absolut freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal die auch noch Spaß an ihrem Job haben. So etwas trifft man selten. Wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden. Gab nix zu meckern, es hat wirklich alles gepasst.
